Kelly: It's nice up here.
Lucy: It's quiet.
Kelly: Yeah if you ignore the sirens and the whispers of everyone.
Lucy takes a moment then stands up, walks over to Kelly and sits next to her. Lucy's feet over the edge.
Lucy: Sirens.. whispers. I hear that every day. But right now what I'm not hearing is my head spinning my mind out of control. I'm not hearing the stress. The fear. Just calm.
Kelly: I sit up here a lot. Not on the edge. But up on the roof.
Lucy: You can see a lot from up here.
Kelly: Yeah.
Lucy: What do you do up here?
Kelly: Watch. People. Cars. Birds. Crimes
Lucy: Crime?
Kelly: I call 911.
Lucy: So you're the watcher.
Kelly: Hm?
Lucy: LAFD, LAPD, Paramedics, we've all been getting dispatched to calls around this area lately from an anonymous caller we've nick named the watcher. You're famous among everyone.
Kelly: Glad to know some people like me.
Lucy: If you walked into the station and told people you're the watched you'd probably get yourself a little plastic medal.
Kelly chuckles.
Lucy: I'm more of a trophy girl though.
Kelly: Medals aw more practical though. You can wear like 20 and show them all off and that's just around your neck. Trophy's are cool but they take up space.
Lucy: That's fair.
Kelly: I think I want to come down now.
Lucy: Come on let's go. She gets up along with Kelly and they head inside.
Tim: Good job.
Lucy: Thanks.
Kelly: Am I going to have to go to the station now.
Lucy: Yeah but you're not under arrest or anything. More a safety protocol.
Kelly: cool.
When they get down Kelly get into the back of the car with Alyssa. Lucy goes to sit in the front but Tim stops her.
Tim: Luce?
Lucy: Yeah?
Tim: You did really well. Also please don't ever sit on the edge like that again.
Lucy: No promises.
Tim: You looked so calm.
Lucy: Honestly it was nice. To just sit there and, sit.
Tim simply nods his head.
Tim: Let's get to the station.
