But then, something caught his attention. A pile of bricks was shaking, and a hand suddenly popped out from beneath them. Niski emerged, covered in dust and sporting small scratches on his face.

The Ghost Reaper's eyes widened in surprise, his grin faltering. "You stupid brats just don't want to die," he snarled, his teeth gritted in rage. "Why can't you all just die?"

Niski stood up, his eyes locked onto the Ghost Reaper. He grunted in pain, chuckling weakly. "It's a good thing I managed to avoid that attack in time, but I guess I got careless and ended up getting caught up in it anyway."

As he finished speaking, Niski's eyes rolled back, and he fell unconscious to the ground. The Ghost Reaper's face twisted in rage, his chains rattling wildly as he prepared to strike.

But just as he was about to lash out, a voice whispered behind him, "That's a very dangerous attack you have there, and I'm afraid I won't let you use it again."

The Ghost Reaper spun around, his eyes narrowing as he took in the sight of Crinix and Kinski standing behind him. His mouth hung open, his eyes wide with shock.

"You...you brats survived!" he snarled, his chains rattling wildly.

Kinski's voice was soft, almost disappointed. "Your attacks are just too slow to hit me. I managed to get away before those chains even got a chance to hit me."

Crinix stood beside Kinski, his eyes locked onto the Ghost Reaper. "Just give up and let us capture you," Kinski added.

The Ghost Reaper's face twisted in rage, his eyebrows narrowing to almost touch his nose. His eyes burned with fury, glowing bright green. "How dare you tell me to give up!" he bellowed. "I won't let you brats ruin my plan, not when I'm so close to achieving my goal. If you continue to get in my way, I'll have to exterminate you!"

As he finished speaking, the Ghost Reaper's body began to expand, growing taller and taller. His chains rattled wildly, his eyes blazing with fury. By the time he stopped growing, his body was almost the size of a giant.

Kinski and Crinix stumbled backward, their eyes wide with shock. The Ghost Reaper's giant hand thrust towards them, his fingers splayed wide. Kinski and Crinix leapt into the air, darting backward just in time. The giant hand crashed to the floor, crushing and splitting the stone.

Kinski and Crinix landed safely on the other side, their eyes locked onto the giant Ghost Reaper. Kinski's gaze narrowed, his eyes burning with determination. The Ghost Reaper's giant form loomed before them, his chains rattling wildly as he continued to wreak havoc on the hallway.

Kinski's eyes narrowed, his gaze fixed on the giant Ghost Reaper wreaking havoc on the hallway. "If this keeps up, he might end up destroying this entire house, and the whole thing might come down crushing us," he muttered to himself. "I have to seal him and keep him restrained for now, or else..."

With a swift motion, Kinski pulled out his sword from his sash and drove it into the ground. He knelt down, his eyes locked onto the Ghost Reaper, and shouted, "Lightning Barrier!"

Small sparks of lightning cracked and zigzagged in all directions, hurtling towards the Ghost Reaper. They formed a lightning cage around him, trapping his giant form. The Ghost Reaper's movements ceased, his body frozen within the cage.

As the moments passed, the Ghost Reaper's body began to shrink, slowly returning to its normal size. The lightning cage still held him captive, its energy crackling with power.

The Ghost Reaper's eyes snapped towards Kinski, his face twisted in rage. "What is this? Get me out of here, you stupid brats!" he bellowed, punching the lightning cage. A jolt of electricity zapped him, sending him stumbling back.

Kinski approached the cage, his eyes locked onto the Ghost Reaper. "It's a lightning barrier, a cage that traps and restrains. Once you're inside, you can't escape."

Kinski turned to Crinix, who still held the book with both hands. "Hey, open that book," he instructed.

Crinix's eyes widened, his gaze darting to Kinski. "Are you sure I should do that?" he asked, his voice laced with uncertainty.

Kinski's expression was resolute. "Yes, you still want to save your friend, don't you?"

Crinix nodded, his jaw set. He slowly raised the book, holding it tight with both hands. His fingers trembled as he placed them on the book cover. With a deep breath, he slowly opened the book.

A blinding green light erupted from the book, its rays illuminating the entire hallway. Crinix shielded his eyes with his elbow, then quickly removed it as a blood-curdling scream echoed from the book.

The light faded, but the scream persisted. Crinix's eyes snapped open, and he peered around the hallway, searching for the source of the scream. His gaze landed on a figure standing before him, and his eyes widened in shock.

It was Takahishi, his face contorted in a scream. Crinix's eyes welled up with tears as a smile spread across his face. He took a step forward, his eyes fixed on Takahishi.

"Takahishi!" Crinix called out, his voice filled with relief.

Takahishi's head jerked towards Crinix, his mouth agape as he gasped out a few words. "Crinix...is that you?" he cried out, his voice trembling with surprise.

Takahishi's eyes were wild, his pupils dilated with fear. He rushed towards Crinix, his arms flailing wildly as he wrapped them around his friend. He hugged Crinix with an unnatural intensity, his body shaking with sobs.

"Crinix...I was scared...I thought I was dead," Takahishi babbled, his words barely coherent. "That thing trapped me inside the book..."

Crinix lowered his head, trying to calm Takahishi down. "It's okay now, Takahishi. It's all over now."

But before they could continue their reunion, Kinski's voice cut in. "I'm glad your friend is back, but save the reunion for later. It's not over yet. We still have to get rid of the Ghost Reaper."

Takahishi's head jerked towards Kinski, his eyes wide with surprise. "Huh? Mr. Kinski...what are you doing here...?" he trailed off, his gaze drifting towards the lightning barrier.

His eyes locked onto the Ghost Reaper, and Takahishi's expression transformed into one of sheer terror. His eyes bulged, his pupils constricting as he stumbled backward. His voice was barely above a whisper, his words trembling with fear.

"T-the Ghost Reaper...is right in front of us..."

Takahishi's finger shook as he pointed at the Ghost Reaper, his arm trembling like a leaf. His eyes were fixed on the Ghost Reaper, his gaze frozen in terror.

Suddenly, Takahishi's face contorted, his eyes rolling back in his head. He let out a blood-curdling scream, his body thrashing wildly as he lost all control. Crinix tried to grab him, but Takahishi was too strong, his movements too erratic.

"Takahishi, snap out of it!" Crinix shouted, trying to shake his friend back to reality.

But Takahishi was beyond reason, his mind shattered by the trauma he had endured. He continued to scream, his body flailing wildly as the Ghost Reaper watched with a twisted grin on his face.
