The next morning, Crinix and Takahishi made their way to Hunter Academy, where Hiruki was waiting to teach them about the different types of Grims.

"Today we are going to be looking at the five types of Grims" Hiruki said as he began to write on the board,

Takahishi's eyes widened in surprise. "Five types of Grims? I had no idea."

Hiruki turned to face the class, a serious expression on his face. "Yes, and it's essential that you all know about them. Once you become Grim Hunters, you'll be facing these creatures on a regular basis."

As Hiruki began to explain the different types of Grims, Takahishi's eyes grew wider with excitement. He was fascinated by the Soul Eater, a massive creature with razor-sharp claws and teeth.

But as Hiruki unrolled a drawing of the Soul Eater, Takahishi's excitement turned to fear. He had seen this creature before, and the memory still haunted him.

Niski, who was sitting between Crinix and Takahishi, glanced at them in confusion. "What's wrong, guys? You look like you've seen a ghost."

Takahishi's eyes were fixed on the drawing, his face pale. "We've seen that thing before," he whispered.

Crinix's eyes were wide with fear. "It's the Soul Eater. We saw it in the Human realm "

Niski's expression turned serious. "I wanna see it too and kill it" he said chuckling

Hiruki took a few steps forward, his eyes scanning the room as he giggled. The students' faces were etched with fear, and he could tell they were spooked. "Pretty scary, right?" he whispered, his voice laced with amusement.

One of the students, a guy with a trembly voice, spoke up. "W-we will face that scary thing?" he stuttered.

Hiruki's eyes locked onto the student, and he chuckled. "Yeah, that might happen. And some of you are going to die just by looking at it," he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm.

The room fell silent, the students staring at Hiruki with wide, fearful eyes. Hiruki's grin faltered, and he held up his hands in a calming gesture. "Hey, everyone, relax. I'm just messing around with you," he said, his voice softening.

As the students breathed a collective sigh of relief, Hiruki turned to the drawing of the Soul Eater behind him. "Well, that's the Soul Eater. But for now, let's continue with our lesson," he said, picking up another paper from the desk.

He stuck the paper on the board, revealing a drawing of a Grim that looked almost human. Its body size was average, with pale white skin. A long, pointy nose protruded from its face, but what caught the students' attention was the lack of eyes or eyebrows. Instead, a mouth full of sharp fangs seemed to leer at them.

"This one is called a Shape Shifter Grim or a Skin Walker," Hiruki explained, his voice steady.

One of the students cried out, "A Skin walker "

Hiruki nodded. "Yes, a Skin Walker. It's called that because it has the ability to steal someone's appearance and turn into that person. That's why it doesn't have a face – it steals other people's faces. By just looking at you, it can steal your face and turn into you."

Hiruki paused as he faced everyone" So, whenever you approach this Grim, never look it in the face, or it will steal your face. And it's the weakest Grim amongst the others and it's rare to find since can hide among humans " Hiruki explained, picking up another paper and sticking it on the board.

The next drawing depicted a cloud of black smoke with two eyes popping out of its face. It didn't have arms or legs like the others, and it seemed to float in the air like a ghost.

"This Grim is a very unique Grim, a soul snatcher " Hiruki began, but before he could continue, one of the students interrupted him.

"Huh, a Soul Snatcher? What does it do?" the student cried out, his eyes wide with curiosity.

Hiruki's eyes sparkled with amusement as he glanced at his students. "I was just getting to that," he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm.

He cleared his throat, continuing his explanation. "As I was saying, this Grim is called a Soul Snatcher because it has the ability to steal and possess someone's body, making it its own. Since it doesn't have its own real body, it takes control of the possessed body and won't leave unless the body dies. This type of Grim is hard to fight," Hiruki warned, his expression serious.

He paused, surveying the room. "Any questions?" he asked, but the students remained silent, their eyes wide with fascination.

Hiruki nodded. "Okay, then. If there aren't any questions, let's proceed. I'm almost out of time," he said, picking up another paper from the desk.

He unrolled it and stuck it on the board, revealing a drawing of a Grim with dark skin and two long, curved black horns. Its face was hidden behind a white skull mask, and two skeleton eye sockets stared out from the skull. The Grim's body was humanoid in size, with two long black blades attached to its hands.

One of the students gasped. "Whoa, what's that Grim? It kinda looks cool," he exclaimed.

Hiruki's expression turned grave, his eyes locking onto the creature with an unnerving intensity. "That's a Night Crawler Grim," he said, his voice dropping to a low, ominous tone. "It's specializes in hunting humans and it's one of the deadliest Grims due to its compact size and razor-sharp blades."

As he spoke, Hiruki's faced all the students , his eyes burning with a mixture of caution and warning. He took a deliberate step forward, his movements slow and measured.

The air seemed to thicken as Hiruki's voice dropped to a whisper. "They're notorious for their speed and pack mentality. Night Crawlers stalk their prey under the cover of darkness, striking with lethal precision."

Hiruki's eyes flicked to the students his expression a stark reminder of the danger lurking before them. "Some call them Night Hunters," he added, the words hanging in the air like a ominous portent.

He lifted the last paper from the desk and unrolled it, sticking it on the board. "This is our last Grim, the Pyro Grim," he announced.

The students leaned forward, their eyes fixed on the drawing. The Pyro Grim had orange-yellow skin, and its entire body was engulfed in flames. Its head burned with bright orange flames, and its eyes blazed with an inner fire.

Hiruki's expression turned thoughtful. "What you're looking at is a Pyro Grim. Pyro means fire. This type of Grim is rare to find, and I too have never seen it. I don't have much knowledge about it, although it's said to be the most powerful Grim amongst the other four. But what I can tell you is that there are other Grims out there that we still don't have knowledge about, and there are some Grims that act and think just like us," Hiruki said, his eyes glinting with intrigue.

A confused voice piped up from the back of the room. "They are Grims that act like us?"

Hiruki's eyes sparkled with intrigue as he nodded. "Yes, there are Grims out there that have power almost equal to ours. Just like Zeigan's thirteen Reapers, they are also Grims who use weapons, just like us. And those weapons are called Death Scythes."

A murmur of curiosity rippled through the room, and someone asked, "Huh, a Death Scythe? What's that?"

Hiruki's smile grew wider as he gazed at his students. "Just as we Grim Hunters use our weapons called Divine Weapons, some Grims also use weapons called Death Scythes."

Hiruki's eyes sparkled with intrigue as he held up a small, intricately carved wooden model of a Death Scythe. "A Death Scythe is a unique and formidable weapon wielded by certain Grims," he explained, his voice filled with a mix of fascination and caution.

He rotated the model, showcasing its curved blade and long handle. "As you can see, the blade is curved like a sickle, with a sharp, hook-like edge perfect for tearing and ripping. The handle is long and sturdy, allowing the Grim to wield the scythe with precision and power."

Hiruki's gaze locked onto his students, his expression serious. "The Death Scythe is not just a simple weapon, but a tool designed specifically for harvesting souls. The curved blade is said to be able to slice through the spiritual aura surrounding a person, allowing the Grim to extract the soul with ease."

He paused, his eyes glinting with a hint of warning. "It's said that the Death Scythe is almost impossible to defend against, especially when wielded by a skilled Grim. As Grim Hunters, it's essential that you understand the nature of this weapon and be prepared to face it in battle."

Just as Hiruki was about to elaborate further, the siren rang out, piercing the air. The room erupted into cheerful and happy sounds, with students cheering and chatting excitedly.

"Alright, alright! I think that's enough for today. Class dismissed!"
