Miya's POV

The fight was over, but the air was thick with tension. Amanda and Jada lay on the ground, nursing their bruises and trying to catch their breath. They hadn’t expected us to fight back this hard, but now they knew not to mess with us.

I stood over Amanda, watching as she struggled to sit up, her eyes glaring at me with a mixture of anger and disbelief. But I wasn’t afraid anymore. We had taken back control. And if she thought she could just walk away unscathed, she was wrong.

“You thought you could just walk in here and take everything from us,” I said, my voice low but full of authority. “But you can’t. Not anymore.”

Amanda’s lips trembled with rage. “You think this is over?” she spat, her voice hoarse. “I’ll make sure you regret this.”

I knelt, getting close enough to her so she could hear every word. “You already lost. This is over, Amanda. Don’t come back.”

I stood up, giving her one last look before turning away. Zoey and Ashley stood by my side, their expressions matching mine—cold, unyielding.

Zaire’s POV

The aftermath was just as intense as the fight itself. I could see the frustration in Amanda’s eyes, but she knew she’d lost. There was no way she could win this. My women were too strong, too loyal to back down.

As I walked over to them, I couldn’t help but feel a rush of pride. They had handled their business and shown Amanda that they weren’t afraid of her or anyone else.

Miyah turned to me, her eyes searching mine as if asking if I was proud of her. I walked toward her, pulling her into a hug. “You did good,” I whispered into her ear.

She pulled back slightly, her gaze unwavering. “We did good,” she corrected, her tone serious but appreciative.

Ashley and Zoey stepped up, joining the moment. There was no need for words; we all understood what had just happened. We had sent a message.

“I think it’s time for Amanda to learn her place,” Zoey said with a sly grin.

Ashley nodded in agreement, but her smile was dark. “She won’t be coming back. Not after tonight.”

I wasn’t so sure. Amanda had a way of showing up when you least expected it. But for now, I was focused on what mattered: the team we’d built. The family had each other’s backs no matter what.

Amanda’s POV

I could feel the anger coursing through me, but it was nothing compared to the humiliation. They had done it. They had beaten me down, and now they were walking away like they owned the place.

I glanced at Jada, who was struggling to get up. Her face was bruised, her clothes torn. The two of us had never been so humiliated in all our lives. But the worst part? It was all my fault.

I had underestimated them. I had thought I could win, that I could break them apart, that I could get Zaire back. But now? Now, I wasn’t so sure.

“You’re going to regret this,” I muttered, wiping the blood from my lip. “I’ll make sure of it.”

But deep down, I knew it was over. I could feel it in my bones. I’d lost. And Zaire was never coming back to me.

Zoey’s POV

I watched Amanda and Jada limp away, their pride shattered. It felt good to see them leave with their tails between their legs, but I knew this wasn’t the end. We had made our point, but I couldn’t ignore the feeling that Amanda would be back. She was a fighter, and fighters didn’t just give up.

But that wasn’t my concern. Right now, I am focused on my family. On my girls. We had taken care of business, and it was time for us to move on.

I turned to Miyah, who was standing with Zaire, her hand resting on his arm. “You okay?” I asked her softly.

Miyah nodded, her lips curling into a small smile. “Yeah. We’re good.”

Ashley walked over, her expression still serious but relieved. “We showed them who’s boss tonight,” she said with a smirk.

I chuckled. “You’re damn right we did.”

Ashley’s POV

As we stood there, catching our breath, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of satisfaction. Amanda and Jada had crossed the line, and now they knew there were consequences. But it wasn’t just about winning the fight. It was about showing them, and everyone else, that we wouldn’t back down.

I looked at Miyah, Zoey, and Zaire. We were a family. A unit. And no one—no one—was going to tear us apart.

“This is just the beginning,” I muttered, more to myself than anyone else. “We’ve got to keep our guard up. There’s always someone else out there waiting to try us.”

Zoey nodded. “We’re ready for anything.”

I wasn’t so sure. I knew we could handle anything that came our way, but I also knew that the road ahead wouldn’t always be easy. There would be more battles. More enemies. More obstacles. But as long as we had each other, I was confident we could face whatever came next.

Zaire’s POV

I watched my women, my team, and my family, and I felt a sense of pride swell in my chest. We had just fought one of the toughest battles I had ever seen, and we had come out on top. But I knew the war wasn’t over.

I turned to Miyah, the woman who had stolen my heart. “You did great tonight,” I said, kissing her on the forehead. “But this isn’t over.”

She smiled up at me, her eyes filled with determination. “I know. But we’re ready for whatever comes next.”

And I believed her. We were stronger than ever. Together, we could take on anything. And no one—no one—would tear us apart.
