Chuckling as she stepped into the cantonal station, Ashley tilted her head, crossing her arms as she spotted Natalie a few meters ahead. Natalie stopped in her tracks, raising an eyebrow.

"Detective Amosa," Natalie greeted with a knowing smirk.

"Detective Weiss," Ashley replied, slipping her hands into her pockets. Her tone turned teasing. "So, how's the newly divorced life treating you?" she asked, striding toward Natalie.

Natalie shrugged, letting out a light laugh. "Single again, obviously," she replied, shaking her head. "But thanks to you, I've finally realized that love isn't enough if respect is missing from the person you're with."

Ashley clapped Natalie on the shoulder, her grin mischievous. "Wow, look at you. Finally opened your eyes, huh?" she quipped.

Natalie groaned, rolling her eyes. "Whatever," she muttered, her lips twitching into a reluctant smile.

Ashley's smirk deepened as her gaze fell on Natalie's collar. Spotting a faint red mark, she leaned closer, tugging at the fabric. "Oh-ho! Seeing someone new already?" Ashley teased, her eyes narrowing playfully.

Natalie's cheeks turned crimson as she slapped Ashley's hand away, pulling her collar up to hide the mark. "What the heck, Ash!" she hissed.

Ashley laughed, clearly enjoying her friend's flustered state. "And who's the lucky one this time? Someone I know?"

Natalie avoided Ashley's gaze, mumbling, "No, not anyone you know." But Ashley's sharp eyes caught something dangling from Natalie's phone—a keychain that looked suspiciously familiar.

Ashley blinked, narrowing her eyes. "Wait a second..." She pointed at the keychain, realization dawning. "Hey! That looks familiar."

Natalie froze, her expression betraying her guilt as she quickly stuffed the keychain into her pocket. "Hey, mind your own business!" she snapped, attempting to sidestep Ashley.

Ashley gasped, her jaw dropping. "You're not—wait! That's Alysse's keychain! I've seen it before!"

Natalie's eyes widened, and in a panic, she blurted, "Oh, would you look at the time? I have a case to get to!" She turned on her heel and briskly walked toward the station exit.

"Hey! Natalie Weiss!" Ashley shouted, jogging after her. "Don't you run away from me, you idiot!"

Natalie stopped by her car, fumbling with her keys. "What?!" she snapped, spinning around to face Ashley.

Ashley planted her hands on her hips, her lips twitching in disbelief. "Tell me you're not dating Alysse. Please tell me I'm wrong."

"What are you even talking about?" Natalie blinked in confusion.

Ashley pointed an accusatory finger. "That keychain! Alysse has the exact same one—I saw it myself!"

Before Natalie could come up with an excuse, a familiar figure appeared behind Ashley. She turned to see Alysse approaching, her younger sister looking puzzled.

Ashley's eyes darted between the two women, her suspicion growing. "What the hell is going on here?" she hissed, pointing at both of them. "Natalie, you're not trying to set some kind of record for dating three siblings, right?"

Natalie and Alysse exchanged a bewildered glance before looking back at Ashley.

"What?!" they exclaimed in unison, their voices echoing through the parking lot.

Ashley plopped down on the couch, letting out an annoyed chuckle as she crossed her arms and let out a deep sigh. She threw her head back against the headrest and shut her eyes. She heard Mia scoff and opened her eyes to meet her fiancée's gaze.

"Why are you laughing at me?" Ashley frowned, narrowing her eyes at Mia.

Mia rolled her eyes and sat on Ashley's lap, facing her. Her legs rested on either side of Ashley's waist as she stretched her arms out, placing them on the headrest. "Why are you so irritated by what you noticed? It's not like they've confirmed they're dating. They said no, right?" she chuckled.

Ashley groaned, her hands resting on Mia's waist. "Still," she said, "I don't buy what they said."

Mia laughed. "Alysse is older than me. It's not like they have a huge age gap or anything," she shrugged.

"Mia," Ashley said, her voice growing serious. "Nat dated me before. She married and divorced Az, and now—"

Mia placed a finger to Ashley's lips. "You're stressing yourself out over this," she said, laughing softly.

"It feels so wrong," Ashley muttered, her frustration clear. "Nat could date anyone else, but from the looks of it, she's trying to collect us three."

Mia smirked and cupped Ashley's cheeks. "Is that what concerns you?" she asked, leaning in so close that her breath brushed Ashley's skin. "You've just arrived and already you've been nagging about them nonstop, babe," she whispered, closing the gap between them by half an inch.

Ashley swallowed as she met Mia's gaze, her hands gripping Mia's waist. "I..." she paused, struggling for words.

"You what?" Mia teased, her hand sliding down to Ashley's chest. Ashley stiffened, a shiver running through her body. Mia blinked, and suddenly, Ashley groaned and pulled her into a kiss.

Mia gasped as Ashley laid her down on the couch. Pulling back, Ashley panted. "I'm frustrated, you know?" she murmured.

Mia laughed softly. "So now you're taking out all your frustrations on me?" she raised an eyebrow, though her hands were already playing with Ashley's hair.

"No," Ashley said firmly. "I'm making love with you. That's different." She leaned in again, capturing Mia's lips with hers.

Mia chuckled and wrapped her legs around Ashley's waist. Her hands moved to unbuckle Ashley's belt, unbuttoning and unzipping her pants. Ashley gasped between their kisses as Mia's hand slid inside her underwear.

Ashley bit Mia's lower lip, sucking it playfully, while Mia teased her sensitive spot. Gulping, Ashley trailed her tongue down to Mia's earlobe, groaning as Mia's hand continued to rub her.

"What are you doing?" Ashley asked in a ragged voice, burying her face into Mia's shoulder.

Mia laughed softly, her free hand running through Ashley's hair. "I'm trying to calm you down, since you mentioned being frustrated." She slid her fingers inside Ashley, making her gasp and bite down on Mia's shoulder blade. "I don't like seeing you frustrated," Mia added, thrusting deeper.

Ashley leaned one knee beside Mia's thigh, careful not to crush her as Mia's movements sent shivers down her spine. "Gosh," Ashley murmured, planting soft kisses on Mia's neck.

"Are you calming down now?" Mia asked softly, still moving inside her. Though the thrusts were gentle, Ashley couldn't help but moan with every movement, the pressure building inside her. "You should answer me when I ask you a question, babe," Mia teased, increasing the pace when she didn't get a response.

Ashley gasped sharply, moaning as the pressure intensified. "Was that your answer?" Mia asked, stroking Ashley's hair as she continued thrusting. Ashley's grip tightened on the couch, her body trembling with each movement.

"F-fuck!" Ashley hissed softly as Mia added another finger. "Oh, God—shit!" she gasped again, her fingers gripping the couch even tighter as her body trembled, every thrust sending waves of pleasure through her.
