My name's Maddie. I'm 19, and this is my very first attempt at writing a story.

I'm doing this for fun—nothing too serious. Honestly, I've never written anything this wild or published it before. I have a habit of starting things and not finishing them (big procrastinator over here, oops).

That said, I can't even put into words how much this story means to me. I really hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. The process was full of ups and downs, and there might have been a mental breakdown or two (seriously, writing on my bed while my back was killing me was not the smartest idea).
