I woke up alone, and thought I'd prayed to be alone when it was the mean one, being alone and not knowing where the new one was? It was too much, I panicked. “Blue?” I called out. When there was no answer, I crawled to the edge of the bed, and lowered myself down, landing in a heap on the floor. Why did everything have to be so fücking big! I groaned, knowing I needed to be more careful, I had at least on broken bone. But, I had to find Blue!

A hum, and the sound of something splashing in water had me moving to the window. Outside, was Blue in and a huge pool! I squealed in delight, sweat already crawling over my neck from the residual heat from last night.

I ran out of the room, and lowered myself down each step. It angered me a little as it slowed my progress, but at the bottom, I ran to the back door. My happiness didn't get cut short, the door had been left open a gap.

I giggled as I stepped onto the wet side, my alien floated lazily on his back, tail the only part moving to keep himself away from the wall. "Why didn't you tell me you had a pool?"

There was only a smile in response. Without a second thought, I ran toward the water, jumping from the side with a delighted squeal.

The water was refreshing, and slightly cold, but welcomed after the hot night. I swam for the shallow, standing up, and pulling myself on the side again, barely hearing Blue as he called me Bad. I didn't know why I was bad, I was just enjoying the pool.

I jumped in, shocked to feel a larger body jump in after me. Maybe Blue had decided to join in the fun?

Sputtering as I was quickly pulled from the water, and set on the side, Blue had decided the opposite of having fun. He was saying all the words that mean Bad, and I was expected to sit and listen, grabbing my knees. I was really just waiting for the opportunity to jump again.

When he stopped talking, I got to my feet again, and jumped in. He screamed my name as I surfaced, but I swam slowly, wanting to show him that I wouldn't sink. I could swim. He didn't need to worry.

When he calmed down, I looked at the water, and then at him. Did his kind play in water, or just swim?

He started to say something but I moved, a wave of water cutting him off, and going over his head thanks to how he was floating. I giggled, almost loosing myself in the water as he blinked in surprise, ear flaps hanging low.

He was better prepared with g the next wave, turning his back, and sending his own at me. It was massive, sending me further away from him, and nearly into the shallows.

A voice cut through our fun then, gruff and demanding. I felt a large hand on my shoulder, and I pulled away, swimming back to Blue.

They argued back and forth as I pressed into Blue. He called me Good girl, but that feeling that everything was ok that came with it was ruined as the other called me Bad girl.

Not long after that, Blue stood, holding me to his chest as we got out of the water. He shoved past the other one. "Good girl," he said as we passed.
