For the first day of work wasn't so bad for young Tomioka, but she still wasn't comfortable of this atmosphere of such a place. So one of her orders was to give one of the higher pleased people a gift, and a set of goodies. She was to bring goodies from the kitchen off to one local woman who doesn't seem to come out of her room, but only night. So with a tray of goodies she carefully walked down a dimly light hallway, and infront of her was the Oirans room. Next to her side was another girl bringing the woman a gift of her gratitude for letting her stay here to pay off her debt.

From the looks of her, she seemed to be terrified of this woman she was about to approach. Just a couple of steps away, and she would be knocking on her door of that scary looking woman. Many people said she has the looks of fairin beauty, but a side of terror. It effected many of the maidens, and workers here, but since Giyuu was knew, it didn't bother him as much. All he could do was think of how to make an entrance, and to make his room muchly cleaner than before.

He stopped as he looked at the girl beside her to knock, but she seemed to be puzzled as sweat started to drip from the side of her head. She lifted her hand, and slightly knocked with fear for what is to happen. It was quiet, but a simple request was hear from the other side of this door.

??- Come in ladies. Girl- .....Yes...you go first. Giyuu- ...?... Girl- You....seem..to be much more braver than I am....Go on, go in Yuu!... ??- You coming in or not! You letting in the cold air!... Giyuu- *nods* ??- Took you both long enough to get in! ....Oh yes thank you girls. I nearly forgot my gifts from all of you, and the goodies. Girl- Yes...umm...we were sent from one of the owners downstairs so we came in to give your gift, and snack. As a fair token of our gratitude. ??- Alright....well set them right there next to my desk, and do make sure one of you girls to clean my-..... Girl- !!?.... Giyuu- .... ??- You... Girl- Ahh..wha...Me!? ??- Yes, who is she that stands next to you? Girl- Her...umm...she just got here a couple of days ago, and is in this house to pay off her debt, and to work to for y- ??- Hush now....What is your name girl?... Giyuu- ( I am Yuu Tomioka ) ??- Ahh, well Tomioka, would you mind cleaning my room, and bringing fresh flowers? The ones on my desk are fairly dead already and I thought I told you girl to replace it with new ones a couple of days ago!... Girl- I..I..forgot. I'm sorry, I was busy that night, and it slipped past my mind, and- ??- Not now, and Tomioka make sure to bring some of my papers I have to sign from the owner. And if you do that, you'll be rewarded for your work. Giyuu- *nods* ??- Okay, you twos scram.

The two children left the room, as one of them was running for dear life, but the other was remaining calm as ever. Giyuu kept at his own paste, as the girl infront of him was wondering why he could never feel afraid of that woman. She was so rude to her, but how could that not effect them both. She was panting from running as Giyuu gave her a cloth to wipe her sweat slipping off from her forehead. He then reassured her that everything was fine, and that she was alright where there was nothing to worry about.

So with a pat on the back he walked her back to the kitchen where the girls were nearly done eating, and making more food for the people out front. Some had already went to work in their rooms, and some went off to other houses. Yuu grabbed his portion of food, and quietly ate at the table full of girls. They all chatted, and some even looked at Giyuu curious of what his background was. As time past some were still at the table eating, but Giyuu was in his room cleaning, an keeping it tidy as possible, and was soon gonna leave where he can clean the one woman's room she asked of him earlier.

Some of the girls who saw him take off to the hallway leading towards the Oirans room with cleaning supplies. Some thought it would be the last time they'll see him or her as he enters the Oirans room. With a knock, the girls were at panic for they thought it was his last, as the door opened where the woman was standing. She looked upon the girl infront of her, as she than changed her expression with a warming smile. This left all of the girls confused and surprised of how she could changed herself from hate to kind, and gentle.

??- Ahh your here, good, now I want you to do a good cleaning for me, and did you bring the flowers I requested? Giyuu- *nods* ??- Ahh lovely, and they're fresh, now I'll get out for now, and leave it all to you. Giyuu- *nods* ??- Okay Yuu, I'll be back in 3 hours, surprise me. Giyuu- *nods*

For such a woman who could be rude, and full of hatred towards the other girls, she chose to show affection to this specific girl. Some were left surprised, as some were jealous of how the Oiran was treating Giyuu. Some of the girls then began working for some kindness from the woman, but had failed for she was quite disappointed.
