I sit at the kitchen island picking at the nails with one foot up on the chair waiting for Nick to get back. I was to scared to text him and I couldn't fall asleep not know if he was alright. I snapped out of my thoughts when I hear a door softly close. I look up and see Nick walking towards me shoving his keys in his front pocket of his jeans. "You okay?" I ask him softly as he gets closer and leans on his left side on the counter softly looking at me. He softly nods and I nod back biting my lip.

"Maybe I don't know. I'm sorry you've got your own shit." He says shaking his head but I softly touch his right bicep rubbing my hand up and down slowly resting my head on my knee that's propped onto the chair. "Yea but Parker and Dan are thousands of miles away so." I say softly smiling at the beautiful man in front of me. Nick softly laughs and looks down before looking up. I see a trail of goosebumps where my acrylic nails are softly rubbing his skin and I smile before dropping my hand. "Which is lucky or I'd punch their lights out. Especially Parker since we all know Landon will deal with Dan." He whispers near my lips making me softly blush. "Which wouldn't improve the situation with your mom." I say giving me a knowing look with my eyebrow raised.

He leans even closer to where I can barely feel his lips on mine. He looks down and up at my eyes. "I don't care." He whispers out and it takes everything in me not to kiss him. "If you were mine, I'd never let anyone hurt you." He says with so much emotion. "Nick." I breathe out but his hand slowly moves to my jaw and his thumb barely brushing over my bottom lip and I look at him as he stares at my lips with hunger. He leans down and kisses me. I kiss back urgently bringing my right hand into his hair and my left placed on his hard abs over his white tank top. His hand moves into my hair pulling me even closer. I drop my leg down and he moves into between my legs kissing me with passion. He softly bite my lip pulling away taking my lip with him and he finally pulls away resting his forehead on mine.

"Nick? Is that you?" We hear Maddie ask across the house. "I'll be right there." He yells back before pulling away from me leaning on the counter with both his arms looking up. I lick my lips and smile at him. "Shit Bellamy, what the hell are you doing to me?" He asks me before smiling and walking towards Maddie's room. "See you in the morning." I mumble out still in shock from the kiss. A couple minutes later I finally move to the guest room I was sleeping in for the night. I quickly change into a baggy shirt I stole from Noah a long time ago and black spandex shorts before brushing my teeth. I lay down in the bed and I go on my phone.

I smile at the messages before turning off my phone and placing it on the night stand. I turn to face the wall and fall asleep thinking about the one boy I shouldn't.
