I can't though but I nodded.. I will just toss around the bed.. I kept a lid over the cupcake and started walking but stopped when he spoke..

I am sure that she is not okay.. she is hurting and I could tell that she wanted to tell me something but kept it back.. But that's a good progress though.. At least she shared something with me.. And now I know how to get words out of her.. Once she is relaxed and gets into talk, she lets out true words without thinking much..

I watched as she walked away and I took mental note to run every test on her..



I got up from my chair and I couldn't even set my foot on the stairs when my phone beeped loudly and I heard distant sounds too.. I took my phone out of my pocket..

I cursed as I saw the red screen showing red alert.. I heard few doors shut close before 3 of them run down with their phone..

Ezeikel asked, fully awake... I got a call from dad.. I received it quickly..

"PUT MIRABELLA IN THE BASEMENT NOW!! "

Dad screamed through the phone and I heard gun shots.. Xander was already running up and in a moment, he collected Mirabella and we all ran towards the basement..

We made Mirabella sit in a corner and Xander Kneeled in front of her..

She nodded and we all got ready with our vest and weapons.. Soon we heard a gun shot and then multiples.. We all got out and shut the door..

It is 3 in the morning and I yawned and arranged the papers.. Dad was still typing on his laptop and frowning..

I got up from the couch and approached him..

I walked out of the room to make dad a cup of coffee and get myself one too.. I walked towards the green room and my steps halted when I heard whispers.. I frown and inched closer to hear..

The guards were here and I saw Kevin panicking and before I could shoot him, he fired towards us and I pushed dad away, the bulled nearly hitting me.. I cross fired and he managed to kill two guard that were with him and took a shield behind a wall and we did too.. Dad warned the boys and I know killing an army is like playing with water to them.. Once alerted, no one can stop them from going on a killing spree..

I fired at him and this time managed to shoot his hand which made him drop the gun.. He made a lame attempt to run and I did a head shot..

We wasted no time and got into our car to drive home.. Dad made calls for backup while I drove at high speed.. We didn't really needed one but it doesn't hurt to gather some...
