The changes between them had been gradual, yet undeniable. Fourth had grown more comfortable, his once hesitant touches becoming more natural, and Gemini… well, Gemini had surprised everyone with just how much he had changed. Gone was the cold, distant man who barely tolerated Fourth’s presence. Instead, he had become someone who found himself craving Fourth’s warmth, who absentmindedly reached for his hand in the middle of conversations, who let his lips linger on Fourth’s temple just a little longer than necessary.

It had become a routine now—waking up to Fourth curled up beside him, the warmth of his body pressed close. At first, Gemini had blamed it on Fourth being clingy in his sleep, but soon he realized he was just as guilty. He’d hold Fourth just as tightly, sometimes even wake up first and pull him closer instead of getting out of bed.

And kisses… kisses had become part of their everyday lives. They weren’t always on the lips—sometimes they were on the forehead, the cheek, the back of the hand—but they always left Fourth flustered and Gemini amused.

One morning, Fourth had been sitting on the kitchen counter, swinging his legs while watching Prim and Phuwin argue over breakfast. Gemini walked in, immediately heading to grab coffee. As he passed by Fourth, he leaned in and pressed a kiss to his cheek like it was the most natural thing in the world.

Fourth nearly fell off the counter.

“G-Gem!” Fourth stammered, gripping the edge tightly, his face burning red.

Gemini raised an eyebrow. “What?”

Prim gasped dramatically. “Oh my God, he just did that without thinking!”

Phuwin grinned. “The Gemini we know would never be so casual about kissing someone.”

Pond, who had just entered the kitchen, smirked. “I give it a month before he starts kissing Fourth in front of us like it’s breathing.”

Fourth groaned, burying his face in his hands, while Gemini simply took a sip of his coffee. “Maybe sooner.”
