I came back to my senses. feeling bandages on my head, and in a different room. the room was way smaller, and it didn't take long for me to notice the camera in the top corner. I flinch to the sound of a creaking noise and a guard slides a meal through the door. I inspected the tray hoping for a utensil, a fork, anything. But of course they were smart enough not to. As soon as I put down the tray i ran to the door questioning the gaurd on why I was here. Of course the only response I got was the gaurd leaving. I sighed and looked around but the room was small, and empty. Only a bed. And a sink? How long was he gonna keep me in here?! I look into the camera needing answers, but aware I probably wasn't gonna get any.
I sit on the bed and pick up the food tray, my stomach growling, but before I put the food in my mouth, I hesitate. I slowly put the tray down considering all the things that bastard could have laced it with. Ignoring his hunger he sat uncomfortably, staring down the door as it was one of the only things to look at. He starts thinking about the games, they didn't kill everyone right? Is in-ho gonna have him play the rest of the games? The thoughts didn't stop, but the only thing he could do was anxiously watch the door, preparing himself for what's to come.
....-....
In-ho sat on his sofa, swiftly stirring his drink, looking up at the screen apon him. He chuckled knowing how gullible gi-hun was, knowing he could easily fool him again. He had a cruel plan to leave gi-hun no other choice but to give up. His officer walked in.
"We are continuing the next game without 456, correct?." The officer said breifly
"That is correct."
In-ho said, not turning his head to him. The officer mumbled something, but luckily it wasn't audible as he left the room.
It was Gi-huns third meal now, he still refused to eat with the pressuring fear of what could be in it.
He was practically dying of boredom, and he refused to sleep, having the thought of in-ho coming in while he was asleep scared him. The next morning he had fell asleep for about 20 minutes before jumping awake by the familiar creaking. assuming it was a gaurd bringing another meal, he let himself relax, but that didn't last long as the door opened swiftly. He was somewhat relieved seeing it wasn't in-ho. the gaurds handcuffed him leaving no time for him to react and manhandled him down the hallway.
"H-hey!"
Gi-hun yelled, offended by how they were treating him. The gaurds only delt with him more carelessly, practically dragging him up the steps. They had reached a door too familiar. Gi-hun knew they were taking him to in-ho. He quickly stoped letting them drag him, the sudden resistance escaping the gaurds firm grip. Still in handcuffs, he stumbled to his feet running down the endless hallway, with the gaurds not far behind him. Not letting his legs stop moving he turned to the next hallway, but he ran into someone, in-ho himself.
"Where are you going? I thought you wanted to see me." In-ho said in a playful tone
"No way! Why would you think that! Let me go!" Gi-hun frantically yelled
But in-hos grip on gi-huns arm only tightened. Gi-hun, trying to get him to let go was almost inpossible, especially with his hands being no use to him due to being handcuffed. After a moment gi-hun stopped, He knew there was no use.
"Can we go now love?"
in-ho said with a mocking smile
Gi-hun let out a frustrated sigh, and let in-ho lead him back down the hallway to the door he had ran from.
In-ho opened the door, the room was the same as it was when gi-hun fought in-ho, clean and tidy. They sat on a sofa, placed in the middle of the room with a huge screen infront of it. the screen turned on moments after they sat, displaying the players room. It was lights out, but not one person was in their beds. Gi-hun frantically looked around the screen for his team, there in the back corner on the X side, was the remaining people on X. the older lady, her son, and the rest. But he didn't see dae-ho, he immediately forced his legs to stand and walked up to the screen scanning the room for him, he let out a relived sigh seeing him quietly sob on a lower bunk. In-ho watching the scene unfold leaned back on the sofa, taking a sip of his drink.
"I have a deal to make with you, Come sit." In-ho said innocently
Gi-hun looked back at him "Deal? What are you planning now?"
Getting back no response gi-hun hesitantly sat back on the sofa.
"Most of your team wont survive with the game I have planned. But if you do as I say, maybe I can switch the game." In-ho said, stirring his drink.
Gi-hun, speechless, looked at him with panic in his eyes.
"What is the game?! Let me in there!"
Gi-hun yelled, wanting to help his friends in any way possible. In-ho let out a light chuckle, amused about how much gi-hun really cared about these people.
"Hmm.. be my servant, do as I say. Maybe I can help you with this problem." In-ho said looking at him with a sly smile
"No! I will never! You ruined my life!" Gi-hun yelled without a second thought
"What a shame.. if that's what you want. I guess I will have you watch your friends die in front of your eyes, like jung-bae."
In-ho said, manipulation laced in his words. Gi-huns stomach turned, the sentence echoing in his mind. He can't be the reason his friends die. Not again.
"W-wait..! I will do as you say. Please change the game.." Gi-hun said, defeat in his voice.
