Gi-hun woke up, and looked around. The familiar feeling of metal on his wrist was gone, and he had full movement with his arm, obvious the handcuffs were gone. He looked to the other side of the bed, seeing in-ho wasnt there. He stood up and walked over to the door, seeing its unlocked, he slowly opened it. He had remembered his plan with the phone, but he had to make sure no one was outside the room first. He frowned seeing in-ho sitting on the sofa, drinking whiskey. *Wait, drinking at 10 am?? What's wrong with him.* In-ho turned his head, looking at gi-hun, gi-hun immediately snapped out of his thoughts, looking back at him.
"You're finnaly awake. Come sit." In-ho said, his voice still a little groggy from sleep.
Gi-hun looked up at the tv, it was showing the players room, they were currently collecting their very small porportioned breakfasts. Gi-hun hesitantly left the bedroom and sat on the edge of the sofa, farthest from in-ho as he could. In-ho, occasionally sipping his drink, looked over to gi-hun.
"What? Why are we watching them?" Gi-hun said, confused.
"They are going to start the next game soon." In-ho said smoothly
Gi-hun started to panic.
"Did you change the game?? like you said?!" Gi-hun said, panic laced in his voice.
"Relax, i changed it." In-ho replied, calmly
Gi-hun felt relieved, but the crumbling fear that his friends still had the chance of dying gnawed at him.
"I can't watch this." Gi-hun said, guilt taking over him.
"Oh but i want company.." In-ho said, laced with fake sadness.
Gi-hun looked back up at the screen, their time to eat was up, and they were being taken to the next game. He looked back at in-ho, giving him a hateful glare
The remaining players were taken to a playground with high ceilings, it looked somewhat similar to the playground in the dalgona game, but bigger. and a lot more playground things spread across the huge room.
"Attention players, the next game you will be playing, is hide and seek tag." the female, robotic voice said.
Gi-huns stomach turned, severely worried for the pregnant woman.
"How did changing the game help?! What about the pregnant girl, and the older lady!" Gi-hun argued, clearly worried.
"The other game was worse, be thankful they even have a chance." In-ho replied, coldly.
"You're so heartless." gi-hun said, looking back up at the screen.
"I have a heart, but it only exists for you." In-ho replied, his gaze fixed on gi-hun.
Gi-hun looked back at him, his words making his posture worsen. he gulped and looked back up at the screen, forcing himself to watch.
"The seekers will be player 222, player 120, player 100, and player 007. The hiders will get 2 minutes to hide, then the seekers will come out, this game has 3 rounds. If the seekers dont find 4 players in the 10 minutes per round, they will be eliminated. If you are found, you may run, if the seeker tags you, you are, eliminated." The female, robotic voice explained the game rules.
Gi-huns jaw clenched.
"Player 222 is a seeker.. but she's pregnant..! She cant chase someone!"
He anxiously yelled, looking back at in-ho, in denial. In-ho innocently, shrugged his shoulders. Gi-hun had enough. with in-ho being so cruel. He Tackled in-ho, making him stumble back, making them both fall to the floor.
"She cant die! Its all your fault! Gi-hun yelled, tears forming in his eyes.
"Calm down gi-hun." In-ho said briefly.
"Calm down?! All my friends are going to die! And you dont have a care in the world!"
Gi-hun yelled, tears streaming down his face.
"Get off him." A pink square gaurd briefly said, stepping out of a corner.
Gi-hun flinched, unaware there was gaurds in the room.
He quickly got off in-ho. and looked up at the gaurd standing before them.
In-ho sat up, not suprised nor a negative look on his face. He began to wipe gi-huns tears, but gi-hun quickly slapped his hand away. He looked away back at the screen, avoiding in-hos firm gaze.
