Manik's pov

" Nyonika, Nyonika, Come out..." I yelled banging at her room door. Nyonika comes out.

" Why are you shouting like a mad man, Manik ? " Nyonika yelled and glared at me.

Ouch ! My ears hurt. She dares to go behind my back and have the guts to yell at me.

" Stay away from Nandini or else I will make sure you will regret it, Nyonika.." I threatened her.

" I didn't know you had such a low standard taste in women, Manik.." Nyonika smirked..

" Don't.." I growled. She crawled back in fear as she didn't expect it.

" And Do I need to remind your root ? " It was my turn to smirk at her. Nyonika fumed in anger.

" Don't forget I can remove you from the trustee's position in an instant. You can't do anything. Don't dare you interfere in my matters...? " I clicked my finger to show her the demo. She closed her eyes in frustration and panicked.

I liked the panicking and scared reaction on her face. It gives me peace. I know one thing that the Space Academy is her weakest point but I don't know why nor that I care.

" Keep that in mind.." I tapped my index finger in her mind and left from here. She didn't have any guts to speak to me after that.

I didn't ask her to apologize to Nandini as Nandini denied. I didn't want to hurt Nyonika's ego as it can be at risk.

Nyonika almost ruined my plan. Nyonika won't dare to go behind Nandini, now. I am feeling relieved as she won't interfere in my matters and I can execute the plan as I want.

" Why aren't they taking any of the steps? " I growled at them.

" Boss, the note is received by Nandini Ma'am not her family" His subordinate replied.

" Deliver another note and make sure that the note is received either by Shannoo or Venkatesh. If time the note doesn't reach the right hands. You know me well.." I threatened them. They obey my order and leave.

I don't want Nandini around Manik.

Nyonika's Pov

I don't know why Manik was so angry today. I haven't done anything to Nandini. Why was he threatening me ? Something is wrong and I don't have any idea about it.

I called Raghav.

" Haven't you found her information, yet ? " I asked him.

" I have gathered her information. I am trying to dig more about her.." Raghav replied.

" Send me her information. It's been days since I told you to find her information. How much time will you take, Raghav ? " I scolded him. He never takes this much time to complete the task. I am eager to find out about her.

" I am digging the information about her before her adoption.." Raghav said and I frowned.

" No need. Just send the details after her adoption.." I asked him and cut the call. Raghav sends me her information.

Nandini Murthy

Age: 21

Adoptive parents : Shanno and Venkatesh Murthy. Shanno is from Punjab and Venkatesh is from Mangalore.

Call them Chacha and Chachi.

Why does she call them Chacha and Chachi ? Weird.

Nandini calls them Chacha and Chachi because she is comfortable calling them that way. She doesn't remember her adoption and believes them as her parents'siblings. She has lost a part of her memory it may be due to Trauma shortly after her adoption. Trauma may be due to her real parents death who died in a car accident. Her real parents died as their car became uncontrollably and fell from the cliff. Authorities couldn't find their bodies and car.

One man found her and her real brother Rishabh Murthy in the accident site and informed the authority. She remained in an orphanage for 2 months but no one came to pick them up. So, the authority decided to handover the kids. Luckily, both of them were adopted by Shanno and Venkatesh Murthy who were childless couples.

Her brother cannot speak.

She was preparing for 2 years to enroll in Science College. All of them have shifted to Mumbai for Rishabh's treatment except Sabitri Murthy. She teaches children classical dance and classical music.

Why do I feel weird reading her bio data ?

These Murthy's surnames themselves give me a creepy vibe.

She reads Nandini's each and every detail clearly. Although her adoption story seems weird but after confirming the information with her other people. She seems satisfied.

She seems fit for Manik. I don't have any problems.

Nandini's Pov

I don't know why but the senior is ignoring me. I can't find him anywhere. I am missing him so much. He is giving me the same treatment I gave him. I don't know why but it's hurting me.

I am craving for his attention. I am missing our time. I called him and messaged him I am sorry but he didn't reply to my messages and didn't even pick up his call. So, I decided to go to the canteen along with Navya. I know I can find him in the canteen.

As I have heard from Navya that they will be in the canteen. I found him in the canteen. I smiled at him as our eyes met but he ignored me and started talking with his friend, Aliya.

I frowned seeing him laughing loudly when I entered the canteen. I fumed in anger seeing him with Aliya alone. Where are his other friends ?

I don't like her at all. I have met two three times and she always tries to look down upon me. It looks like she holds grudges against me.

" Nandini, what happened ? Why are you playing with your food ? " Navya asked me with concern.

I nodded my head in No.

" Your prince charming is not giving you attention that's why you are sulking ? " Navya teased me and I rolled my eyes and sulked.

It's enough I can't tolerate it anymore. I lost my appetite as well. I glanced and glared at him and leave the canteen. He was purposely laughing loudly so that he could annoy me. I was annoyed too.

He didn't even come after me.
