Adrian stormed into his house, his entire body trembling with uncontainable rage.

His veins pulsed with fury, his fingers twitching, craving destruction.

Sebastian...

He wanted to tear him apart. Rip him limb from limb. Make him disappear from Aurora’s life forever.

Aurora...

He was even willing to hurt her if it meant making her his.

He had convinced himself that she was his weakness. That she was making him soft.

But no, she was his obsession. His blood burned for her. His mind rotted with her.

And now, the only thing standing in his way was the man lying in a hospital bed.

Sebastian wouldn’t survive this. Adrian would make sure of it.

But the moment he stepped into his house, his steps faltered.

The place reeked of alcohol and cigarette smoke. The air was thick, suffocating. His father sat on the worn-out couch, a bottle of whiskey in one hand, a cigarette in the other.

Tonight, there were no women.

No empty laughter...

No distractions...

Just him...

Adrian’s jaw tightened. He should have walked past him, ignored him, but the moment his father spoke, he stopped dead in his tracks.

“You look like shit.” The old man chuckled, his voice hoarse from years of alcohol and neglect.

He took another drag from his cigarette before exhaling lazily. “What, some girl finally told you to fuck off?”

Adrian’s nails dug into his palms.

His father smirked, swirling the whiskey in his glass. “Don’t tell me it’s that girl, Aurora.”

Adrian’s breathing slowed.

“You really are pathetic, you know that?” His father scoffed, leaning forward.

“Chasing after a woman who doesn’t want you. Thinking you can actually have something real. You’re my son, Adrian. You were never meant to be loved.”

The words dug into his skull like rusted nails.

“You think you’re better than me?” His father sneered.

“You think you’re different? No. You’re just as fucked up as I am. Maybe worse.”

A dark chuckle slipped past his lips.

“And look at you. Standing here, listening to me, proving me right.”

Adrian’s body went still.

The rage inside him twisted into something uglier, something darker.

His father grinned. “Be a good son and get me some money, will you? I’m running low on...”

*CRASH*

Glass shattered. Blood splattered.

The whiskey bottle broke against his father’s head, sending him a staggering back onto the couch.

A deep gash split across his forehead, crimson pooling over his face, dripping onto his shirt.

But Adrian wasn’t done.

He grabbed another bottle, his fingers wrapping around its neck like a weapon.

Without hesitation, he brought it down again...

And again...

And again...

Each shatter echoed through the silent house. Each strike sent another spray of blood across the walls.

His father gasped, choking, trying to move, but Adrian didn’t stop.

He didn’t pause...

The man who once ruled over him, who laughed at his pain, who destroyed everything in his path..

Now, he lay there, barely breathing...

Weak...

Nothing...

Adrian stepped back, his chest rising and falling rapidly. Blood dripped from his fingertips, from the bottle still clutched in his hands.

He stared down at the man who used to be powerful, admired, feared.

Look at him now.

A pathetic, lifeless mess.

Adrian exhaled.

For the first time in his life, he felt free.

His lips curled into a smirk as he wiped his hands against his shirt.

Sebastian was next...

And this time, he wasn’t going to fail...

The once weak is now strong...
