Chapter XXI - The Banished
Sir Hollow Eyes had knocked Electro out with the fire extinguisher. The simmering fury, the smouldering rage started to bubble up within him but there was the unfortunate reality for Electro Von Poison that all he was, was a helpless wreck on the blood-stained, maroon carpet: his beige suit, all dappled in specks of Dr Lazer's remanence, his slender physiognomy and his flat cap that lay on his ragged, dishevelled, monochromatic hair. Stood over him gawped Sir Hollow Eyes, Lord Horror Hill, who had just emerged from behind the desk, and the head of Dr Lazer resting on the floor detached from its body. Sir Hollow Eyes stood there, more focussed on Dr Lazer, his eyes welling up with melancholy tears.
Electro had a massive gouge in his arm, and blood was exuding slowly out of it, but no one hurried to alert the doctors. They watched at the struggling, damaged Electro. As if in a chain reaction, the Horror Hillians looked at each other. First Lord Horror Hill, then Sir Hollow Eyes, followed by Viscount Phantom as if they were wondering what to do with such a defenceless animal.

Lord Horror Hill abnormally placed Dr Lazer's head in a jar of alcohol and fixated his mind upon it and Butler Burns. The whole ordeal was enough to give the ancient man a heart attack. After telling everyone about the cause of Butler Burn's death and sobbing about it himself, Lord Horror Hill finally realised that Electro Von Poison was too dangerous to be living with the Horror Hillians.
Horror Hill was figuratively crumbling between the hands of Electro Von Poison. The Horror Hillians went back to their rooms and silently bereaved the souls that Electro had snatched from them.
The document had been signed and Electro Von Poison - who was now being treated in the med bay but certainly not to the highest of the nurses' abilities but to a standard that he would recover - was appointed to The Banished. It was a euphemism for the grimy dungeon where murderers of Horror Hill were collected to isolate from the rest of the Horror Hillians. Whilst pondering the dilemma of how long was suitable for Electro, the nurses were ready to tranquilise him (this was so there was no commotion in entering one of the cells).
The tranquiliser syringe was ready, but a passing Horror Hillian was disturbed by the scenario. Sir Hollow Eyes had eavesdropped the physician's conversation and wanted to be involved - as brazen as he was.
"I will inject him," Sir Hollow Eyes was recreating a past trauma for no reason.
The nurses looked at each other in a hastily panic and couldn't decide. After the previous misfortune, it was best not to; they were contemplating. A hand jabbed through the air and snatched the syringe off the doctor. Sir Hollow Eyes' personality had briefly changed as a result of the heavy grief that weighted him down - it was the least he could do to satisfy his anger.
"Goodbye Electro Von Poison," Sir Hollow Eyes entered the needle into his arm.
"All done and tranquilised... now banish him!" The final quote signalled the imprisonment.
