Theodore III

I drove down the freeway to my warehouse with Mya sitting right beside me. We were released from the hospital a few days ago and as soon as we got out, I took Mya shopping. I took her out to show her how much I appreciate her for holding me down all these months and fighting off my crazy baby mama for me and for taking a bullet for me. Mya's been riding for me harder than any other girl I've been with, so spending money on her was just one of the ways I was trying to show my appreciation for her.

I was making moves in the hospital too. I really didn't see the point in them making me stay over night, but regardless, I was still getting shit done for me and Mya. I got another surprise for her planned for later but I gotta take her to the warehouse with me first. Mya's held me down enough to know what the hell I'm doing when I'm not at the crib. I won't show her the gory shit but I'll give her a little preview since she needs to know what I do.

King told me about introducing her to the shit I'm doing. He never explained why I needed to talk to her and tell her anything about the business, except that I need to expose her and that he'd have a conversation with the two of us later tonight. I don't know what the hell is going on and neither does Mya, but King and her Dad talked the entire time we were at the hospital. I know they're cooking up something bad since King is involved. I just hope it doesn't have anything to do with me and Mya's relationship.

I looked down at my ringing phone and slightly sighed when I saw it was just my Mama. I already know she's on some bull shit if she's calling me. She only calls me when something bad has happened or if she needs me to do something for her. I really didn't want to respond but I knew she'd give me hell if I didn't, so I pressed answer and put the phone up to my ear.

"What's up Mama?"

"Hey baby," she beamed. "How are you doing? Can you still see through your torso?"

I sucked my teeth. "No Mama. I got stitched up but I'm doing good."

"You making sure you taking your medicine? I don't need you being in the hospital again baby. I need you out here protecting me."

I sighed. "Protecting you? What'chu done got yourself into Mama?"

"Oh, nothing," she mumbled. "I just need you to handle something for me baby. I'm not into any trouble or anything so don't worry about me but I have a little problem that I need you to take care of for me."

I sucked my teeth. I know she's calling to tell me something about Milan since Mama is so jealous of her. We all can see Mama is jealous, only Mama and Pops don't realize it. I know she hates Milan but I'm not doing anything to Milan. I'm not going to hurt Milan and do my Mama's dirty work because Milan doesn't deserve anything bad to happen to her since she and I were the ones to initiate the affair. Milan may not be the best person in the world but I could never intentionally hurt her. I still care about Milan a lot and it would be hard to do anything to hurt her. She's too good of a person to be dealing with my family in the first place.

"Mama, I don't know nothing about Milan or where she's at. I haven't heard from her in days. I really don't even talk to her no more. And if this has anything to do with her, I'm not doing anything to her. Just let the girl live."

"You're such a dumb ass," I heard her Mama and I knew she was rolling her eyes since I wasn't taking her side. "If you want to be honest, this has nothing to do with Milan. I can handle that little bitch on my own, I don't need that from you since you're so sprung off of her hard titty ass. I don't know what she does for you or if you can get off with what little assets she has, but this has nothing to do with your father's ex wife."

"Then who'd you get into it with now?"

"Jayvion."

"Your fiancee?" I asked, confused. I thought her and Jayvion were good since she never had any issues with him that I knew about in the past. "What happened with y'all?"

"Actually, he's my ex now and I found out while I was here in Georgia, he was cheating on me. He was in cahoots with Milan, who was telling him that your father was pimping me out and that I was sleeping with your father and other men. Jayvion believed the lies she was feeding him and he broke up with me."

"A'ight, so what's so bad about y'all breaking up? Now you can get back with Dad," I told her. Part of me has always wanted my parents to get back together but then the other part of me is against them getting back together. When they're together, they're toxic and can't get along for shit. But I want to see my parents happy and I know they aren't happy with the people they're with now. They were happy when they were together and when we were all living together. I miss my parents being together, because when they broke up, they broke our entire family up and I was the one mainly effected by it. Hopefully, when they get back together, our family can get back together too.

"Please," Mama scoffed. "I'd never get back with him. But Jayvion was supposed to take me out to a nice dinner when he came in town but he broke up with me and called me all kinds of obscenities."

I knew Mama was just hyping the situation up but it still pissed me off to know he was disrespecting my Mama. "What did he call you?"

"Bitch. Hoe. Whore. He even told me to shut up!"

"What the fuck? How come you ain't tell me sooner Mama!"

"W-Well, because I was being stupid and wanted to protect him," she said as her voice began to crack and she started crying. "And I knew you were in the hospital and had a lot going on with yourself and I didn't want you to get involved and get into any more trouble or get hurt. But that's not even the worst part though baby."

I sighed. "What else he do Mama?" I asked as I drove down the street my warehouse was on.

"He was cheating on me the past few months. He had sex with the girl on my bed, gave the girl my things an even took money from me and gave it to the broad. But the worst part is that the girl was Milan. She was screwing me over behind my back, your father and she was lying about being faithful to you too. I don't understand why she would do this to me Theodore," she cried.

I knew Mama was crying to get sympathy from me because I hate to know she's crying and she was getting sympathy from me until she bought up Milan's name. I just can't understand why Mama won't get over what happened years ago. if she could forgive my father, then she should be able to forgive Milan since Milan wasn't the person bound to her by law. My Dad was and he was the one that fucked up big time.

"Mama, I thought you said this ain't have nothing to do with Milan? Jayvion, I can handle him because he has no right calling you out of your name. But I'm not dealing with Milan, that's you and Pops' problem. Not mine."

"I understand," she sniffed. "I don't want you dealing with her, I want you to deal with Jayvion. He needs to pay for using me and cheating on me and giving away my shit like I wasn't working hard to maintain where we were living. I just got so angry when he was telling me the shit so I stabbed his ass," she said nonchalantly.

My eyes widened. "How do you even know he ain't dead already?"

When I said that, Mya looked over at me like she was concerned. I just shook my head at her and whispered, "It's no big deal."

"Because I know I didn't kill him and I know he's still in the city. He'll be here for the next three days so I need you to help me baby. You're my only son and I'm dep--"

"I got it," I cut her off. I didn't need Mama to explain to me why she needed me or for her to beg me. "I got you covered Mama," I told her. "What do you need me to do?"

"Whatever it takes," she replied and I knew what that meant.

I was gonna handle the nigga regardless of if she asked or not. He isn't gonna talk to my Mama any kind of way and not expect any repercussions to come from it. He should be glad he just got off with Mama stabbing him. The next time Mama sees him, he's gonna be in a fucking boy bag.

"Consider it done," I told her.

"Alright, thank you baby. I love you."

"I love you too Mama," I said before hanging up and facing Mya. "Sorry about that. You ready to go in?"

Mya looked up at the gas station that was just a front for my warehouse that was beneath it. "What is this? I thought you said we were going to a warehouse. This is just a gas station."

I smirked. "We're still going to the warehouse. It's just a certain way you gotta get inside. Now, look, I know you've seen a lot and been through a lot of shit since we've been together and I can't apologize for the shit I've put you through because that's what comes with this life. If I could, I'd keep you out of the shit I'm doing but you need to know in case I go down and you gotta take over and handle shit for me. I'm trusting you to make sure everything goes smoothly if something happens to me. Of course Donny will be around but you'll be running this shit if something happens to me. You'll be calling the shots when the connect comes and you'll have the final say so among the distributors. This will all be riding on you. Can you get with that?"

Mya reluctantly shook her head. "Theodore, I...I don't know if I can do this. I'm only 21. I don't know anything about this. What if I screw something up and ruin your whole business?"

I leaned over and grabbed her hand. "I know you're young and so am I but my Grandpa trusted me with this business when I was 17. I'm not gonna lie, it is a lot of work and you're gonna fuck up sometimes but it's not hard once you get the hang of it and I wouldn't be introducing you to my life if I didn't think you could handle it. You've handled everything else I've thrown at you so I know you can handle this too. I trust you Mya and I love you and I hope you wouldn't say a word about this to anybody you know, right?"

She quickly nodded her head. "Of course. I swear I won't say anything."

"Good. Now let's go."

Mya and I got out of my car and I held her hand as we walked into the gas station. I gave the guys working in the station a head nod as I headed towards the back so I could go down to the basement, where all the magic was happening. As soon as we got downstairs, we were hit with a cloud of smoke and loud music. Some of my guys were bagging up weed while others were cooking up cocaine and measuring it to be sold while others dealt with the pills like Percocet, Xanax, Molly and other shit. I wasn't into that shit but other people were and it sold.

I chuckled a little when I heard Mya gasp. I looked in the direction she was looking and saw a few naked chicks. A couple were smoking while a couple of the other ones were giving some of my workers head. The shit didn't phase me since that's what they're here for and I've seen it plenty of times around here. I had girls looking for work and wanted to sell themselves so I gave them a job and they took it.

"Prince...this is what you do everyday?" she asked, still starring at those girls.

I laughed. "Nah. I don't do what they're doing," I said as I led her away from the scene and to the back where my office was at. "You don't gotta worry about that Mya. I only got eyes for you."

"Say swear," she pouted, making me smile.

"I swear." I took her to my office and locked the door behind us. "You wanna see something cool?"

"Sure," she mumbled.

I walked over to the side of the room where a fake book case was at along the entire wall. It wasn't a real book case. It just hid the vault that sat behind it. I put in the code to the book case and it opened up, revealing the vault. I put in the code for the vault and pulled the large door open so Mya could see all of the money and product I had stashed away in here. The vault was actually another room that was next door to my office where we kept all the money and weight. The room was surrounded by pure cinder block so no one could get in unless they knew the code to the vault.

Mya's eyes widened ass he walked over to the entrance of the vault. "Holy shit," she mumbled. "Is this all your weight?"

I nodded my head. "Yeah, well, just about. You're the only person that knows this but I keep a few kilos hid in the floorboards of the crib in case some shit jumps off and I need some money. But this is pretty much all of it and most of my money."

"Don't you think you should keep your product in different places around the city? Because it's somewhat of a flight risk to be doing all of this under a gas station. You know, somebody could light a match and this whole place will burst into flames and paper burns. All of your money would be gone and so would your product. Everything will be gone."

I scrunched up my face as I looked over at her. She might have been on to something. "Oh, really? How should I divide it up?"

"Well, that depends on how much you're working with. How much money do you think you have here and how much product?"

I shrugged my shoulders. "Man, I don't even know. It's too much money to count but I'd say somewhere around five mill. here. Most of my money goes into my bank account or my safe at the crib. This is only a portion of the money. I'd be pissed if something happens to it but I got more money in the bank and at home. What about my weight? What should I do with that?"

"Take a few hundred kilos of coke, the pills and weed and stash those in different places. I know you've got safes at the clubs somewhere. Stash some stuff there, take it to somebody's house you can trust. But don't take anything to the house because if it gets raided, then with the amount you'll have, you'll go down for possession with intent to distribute. You'll be locked up for the rest of your life. Shit, all of us will be locked up for the rest of our lives," she told me as if she had experienced something like this before in her life. She knew about this subject all too well. "As far as the money, you've got enough here but I'd still think about breaking it down and hiding that too. You never know what can happen."

I looked over at her out of the corner of my eye. "How you know so much about this Goldie?"

She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know," she mumbled. "I guess I just watched a lot of hood movies growing up. I didn't think anything I was saying would make sense."

"It did, it made a whole lot of sense," I said as I stepped into the vault and pulled her inside with me since we were still holding hands. I pulled Mya over to one of the large stacks of money and sat her on top of it. It's like the more I got to know Mya, the more I fell in love with her. She just always knew the right things to say. "You so damn smart baby girl," I told her as I pushed her hair out of her face. "And beautiful."

The smile on Mya's face grew wide when she heard me compliment her. Mya's warm hands let go of mine and found themselves attached to my belt buckle. My shit was already on brick the second her hands started unbuckling my belt. Mya's always so damn quick to give me head. Most mornings she wakes me up giving me head, she'll do it randomly during the day and some nights when we're at the club, she'll sneak into my office and do it too. But it's not like I'm not returning the favor, she just beats me to it in the morning, so I just start wilding in her as soon as I get inside of her.

I grabbed her hands, stopping her. "Not right now," I chuckled. If Mya was to start giving me head, we'd be back here going at it for hours but I had business to handle today so Mya would have to wait. "I actually have a meeting to start in a few minutes and I want you to be there so you can know what's going on. You cool with that?"

"Mhmm," she nodded her head as her eyes gazed down to my pants before a smirk appeared on her face. "You gotta little problem down there."

I looked down at my dick that was hard as hell. Mya always did this to me. Just being this close to her always had me hard. Mya is beautiful as hell, one of the prettiest girls I've ever been with. She's the best girl I've ever been with. I've had girls with nice bodies, some with brains, none with class, most were liars and were fucking around on me but Mya had the hold package. She had a banging body, she was smart as hell, she has class and I know she's not fucking around on me.

I chuckled as I looked at her hard nipples that were showing through her shirt. "You gotta little problem down there too," I commented, making her laugh and roll her eyes.

Once Mya and I got ourselves together, we went back out to the front so I could have a little talk with the people who worked here. Now that I'm out of the hospital, there's a lot of shit we need to handle and a lot of people that we let slip under our noses for way too long. I was too concerned about my love life and my family when I should've been concerned with business and how these casualties can ruin my business. I gotta couple people on my hit list that need to be dealt with first and foremost.

"I'mma get to the point today," I announced to my guys that were all crowded around me in the middle of the warehouse. "I wanted you all here to tell you about the shit that's been going on and the shit we've been letting slip under our noses. We've let these niggas go the easy route for too long and now is time to put a stop to them."

"You need to start with Cashmere!" I heard somebody yell from the back.

That's one nigga I got it good for. I don't know who the hell he thinks he is busting up in Lindsey's house disrespecting her and putting his hands on her in front of Daniel but that nigga has gone down the same path as Jayvion. Once you disrespect my Mama or my sister, you're through. I gave Cashmere chance after chance to redeem himself but he took advantage of me being nice to him since I considered him family, now he's going to get the family treatment and his punishment is going to be the worst out of everybody's since he turned his back on the niggas that fed him when he was down.

I chuckled. "Oh, Cashmere's got it coming for him. Speaking of Cashmere, there's a few other people I need y'all to find for me. It's a nigga named Jayvion Maxwell. He isn't from around here. Hes from California and visiting out here so more than likely you'll find him in some hotel around the city. I have no idea where he could be at but he's our number one target at the moment. He's going to be leaving the city within the next three days, so he needs to be bought to me within the next three days alive. And the person or people that bring him to me first will get paid."

"How much?" Tone, my driver, asked.

"Ten grand a piece." I got a few head nods from my boys standing in front of me. I knew it would be no issue finding Jayvion but now that they know money is involved, they'll really start looking for him. "Next is Cashmere. I know he's been gone for awhile but I don't like the way that nigga been moving. He's been too disrespectful and off his rocker lately. As far as I'm concerned, Cashmere is through here and if any of y'all niggas see him around here, catch his fat polyester ass and lock his ass up. It's also going to be ten grand a piece for whoever finds his ass and delivers him to me alive."

I'm not bull shitting around anymore when it comes to keeping my family safe. Cashmere is too much of a flight risk to keep around the family, especially now that he's got this beef with Daniel. I know Lindsey and Cashmere had something going on but that relationship was through the moment he disrespected Daniel. I know Lindsey's done with him and I'm going to solidify her feelings for him by letting him leave my office in the same body bag as Jayvion.

"And last but not least, that nigga Banga needs to go."

"Banga, Banga?" One of my guys asked. "That's the little homie."

I sighed. "Not anymore. You see everyone, Banga's been putting on an act for not only me, but you all as well. He was never truly fucking with s from the jump. He's been trying to get his own shit started by using my product and my corners, which means he's taking money from y'all niggas. Banga ain't nothing but a fraud and his time here is through as well. I don't like liars and I don't like niggas biting the hand that fed them," I informed them. Banga's been playing all of us for months and I'm through with him. I grabbed Mya's hand. "Y'all see this beautiful girl?" I asked them as I showed Mya off. "Banga was beating on her day in and day out."

"That's fucked up," One of my guys shook his head. "You know, I'd treat you right baby."

Another one of my guys pushed him. "That's not how you talk to a grown woman, nigga. You gotta bed her first before you treat her right."

"I'd fuck the shit out of her ALL night!"

"Hell yeah nigga."

I sucked my teeth as I listened to these dumb niggas go in about how they'd be fucking my girl, which was only pissing me off. "Look, ain't none of y'all niggas getting y'all's hands on her!" I yelled over all of them, making them quiet down. "If I catch one of y'all niggas looking at her, talking about her or even thinking about her, it's gonna be me, you and my fuckin' gun. This is my fuckin' girlfriend. Any of y'all niggas got an issue with that?" I asked them but the room was silent. "Alright, I didn't think so. This is Goldie and Goldie will be around here a lot more often so get used to seeing her and keeping your hands to yourselves!"

I heard few of them groaning but I didn't give a damn. They weren't gonna be touching my girl.

"We won't touch her," Ant, one of the guys said. "But what about the niggas that popped you? Can we put our hands on them? 'Cause them niggas costing us money with you being in the hospital and shit."

"That's who else I need you to get. It was some bitches that got me," I told them which made a few of them laugh. "They shot Goldie too. The bitches names are Nicole and Tee Tee."

"Oh, no," Adonis laughed. "Not baby mamas and her prostituting sister."

All the guys went into an uproar once they found out it was my baby mama that popped me. I know it sounds crazy and it is crazy that Nicole and Tee Tee would ambush me in my club and attack me over my baby girl but it's the truth and I couldn't do shit to stop them. Nicole and Tee Tee are crazy. "It ain't even all that funny," I mugged Donny. "They sneaked me on some p*ssy shit. But I got exact locations for them bitches but whoever gets them to me first gets twenty grand. One some real shit, bring them to me alive."

And I had a bone to pick with the last person on my list. My 'top of the line' security was no match for two bitches and I have an issue with that. I'm paying them niggas good money and me and my girl still got hit. My security guard let Nicole and Tee Tee in when I specifically told them that they weren't allowed in any of my clubs. So now that I suffered in the hospital, the head of the security will suffer too.

I turned to June, the head of my security who was laughing right along with everybody as if he wasn't the issue. "June, I need to speak with you a minute in my office about adding some more security at the clubs."

"Oh, of course," he commented.

I sent everybody back to work and I let June lead the way to my office, while I followed behind him with Goldie on my arm and Adonis, Tone and Aubrey following right behind me. Aubrey has surprised me the past few months. He's really been down for me and my business. I don't know how he's doing it but he's starting to push the most weight out of all the niggas I got working here and he always has my back no matter what's going on. So I guess you can say Aubrey has earned my trust back, especially since I haven't seen him on no sneaky shit.

Aubrey locked the door to my office while June sat down in the seat across from my desk. I sat in the seat behind my desk while Goldie sat in my lap. I wanted her to be up close and see just what we're doing here. I trust Goldie will do the right thing, but if not, this will be a wake up call to her and anybody else that can't respect me. As soon as I sat down at my desk, I turned on the intercom so that everybody in the warehouse could hear what was going down in here.

"Damn, it's all tense in here," June chuckled. "If I ain't no any better, I would've thought that I was on the hot seat."

I chuckled. "Nah, never that." Little did he know, he was right. He was on the hot seat and I was loading up my gun under the desk. "But I do have to ask you something."

"Shoot," he replied, with so much confidence.

"Why'd you let Nicole and Tee Tee in? They aren't allowed in any of my clubs."

"Because I talked to Cashmere about it hours before the shit even went down and he told me you said to take them off of the list. I usually listen to him since he gives me orders about what you said so I took them off of the list. I didn't know you wasn't fucking with Cashmere."

I sucked my teeth. I should've known Cashmere was involved in this shit. He knew about all the shit that went down back in Cali with the two of them, so I should've know he had a helping hand in setting me up. He's probably the one that gave them the gun to try to kill me. Now that I know this about Cashmere, he really needs to pop up dead somewhere.

"Cashmere's a bitch ass nigga and you know that. I don't know why you ain't follow up with me since that's what you normally do."

"I-I wasn't thinking man. I ain't think it was a big deal. It's your baby moms."

Adonis smacked him upside the head. "And she was on the Do Not Enter list for a fuckin' reason!" he yelled at June. "Don't try to play the fuckin' victim here and act like you ain't know what was going on. We don't take niggas off the Do Not Enter list and you supposed to run that shit by me or Prince. You ain't supposed to be taking orders from that fat ass nigga Cashmere. You a damn fool for letting that nigga be your downfall."

June scrunched up his face. "Prince! C'mon man, don't let this shit cost me my life. Do you know how many times I protected you?"

"I can't count on my fingers since me and my girl got shot in the club. You were supposed to pat them down and check their bags before they got in the club and clearly you didn't since they had a gun. You slippin' and you trippin' because you costing me my money G. I don't like that shit."

"So what are you gon' do to me Prince, huh? You gon' drop me like that nigga Cashmere? I been loyal to you!"

"Not loyal enough to let this shit happen," I said as I pulled my gun from under the table. Bullets of sweat dripped down June's face the moment I pulled my gun out and by the way his body jumped, I knew the nigga was scared. I don't even know why I hired this rinky dink security guard. He never does his job and I always find myself having to protect myself since he's never doing his job. "My nephew had to protect me from them because you didn't. Imagine that," I laughed. "A 14 year old is doing your job better than you. Maybe I should just hire him instead of you since he saved my life."

"C'mon man, it ain't even like that. I fucked up."

"You fucked up one too many times," I commented as I took the safety off of the gun. "You let that nigga Cashmere cross you and hurt me, so there fore, you're nothing but colateral damage and I can't hold on to you any longer. Your time here was served well in the beginning but you've slipped up too much and I can't let this shit slide any longer. You're done June."

"Prince, pl--"

I didn't even let him finish pleading with me before I unloaded all the bullets in my pistol on his ass. He deserved every single bullet that pierced through his body. The force of the bullets caused the chair he was sitting in to topple over. His body flew back on the ground, creating a large thud and puddle of blood to form beneath him.

I looked around at everybody in the room, who were shocked I actually had the balls to kill him. Shit. I'm surprised I just killed him myself but I can't let these niggas take advantage of me anymore. "That goes for anybody else in here that's thinking about crossing me and talking to the enemy. You all will receive worse so I suggest you stay loyal to me or get the fuck outta my presence 'cause you got something coming for you too. And that's a message to anybody you know doing shit behind my back. Fuck them," I said as I stood up and turned off the intercom. "Get somebody in here to make sure this place is spotless by the time I get back."

I grabbed Mya's shaking hand and walked out of my silent office, to the warehouse that was silent as well. When we walked out, everybody was starring in our direction since they heard everything that went down but I just walked out with Mya on my arm, feeling satisfied.

Isaiah

"I mean, I still miss her," I told Lindsey. I was talking about Asia. Me and her were supposed to get married the same year she got killed. I already proposed to her and we had already talked to wedding planners, we just hadn't got around to finalizing everything before she was killed. And that hurt me when I found out she was dead. "I wake up everyday thinking about her. It's not a day that goes by where I don't think about her."

Once I moved out to California when I was still in high school, Asia and I got really close really quickly. We were moving extremely fast to be so young but I knew she was the one and I know she felt the same way about me. We went to the same college just to be close to each other. We stayed on the same floor so we could be around each other and once we were done with school, we moved into an apartment together. Asia was my soul mate and I'm pissed Sonya took her away from me so soon. That's why it was no issue to kill Sonya. I did it out of revenge for the hurt and pain I felt when she killed Asia.

Lindsey sighed. "I know, I think about her too. And as crazy as it may sound, I sometimes think about Sonya too."

I scrunched up my face. "Why? That psycho did nothing but cause stress in our lives and she killed your best friend and my fiancee. I don't ever think about her and you shouldn't either."

"Well, I know what she did was wrong but she was going through it back then. I don't know what was wrong with her but before then, me, her and Asia did have some good memories. Those were my friends since we were little kids. We did everything together and now that they're both gone, I don't even know how to feel. I haven't even bounced back from losing them yet. Since being out here, I have yet to connect with some girls and find friends. I thought Danity and I were friends but she was just using me for five years. Asia was real genuine," she sighed. "I don't know, I feel like you're the only person who gets it."

"'Cause I think I am," I slightly chuckled. I was in the same boat as Lindsey. I mean, I fuck my fair share of girls here and there but I just can't seem to make a connection with any of them. None of them have what I'm looking for. None of them have held up to Asia's standards and maybe that's my issue. Maybe I need to stop looking for Asia in these girls I meet because I don't think I'll ever be able to find any girl just like her. I mean, I tried fucking with Jazmine but I don't like the way she gets down. She's been passed around our small circle too much for my liking, so I had to cut that off, even though she's tempting as hell and completely my type. "And I feel like I'm getting older and older and I'm running out of time."

"We're only 30, we're all right."

"We almost 31 Lindsey. We getting old. I don't know, I guess I'm sick of looking for women when I know what I want...I just can't have what I want," I explained to her but I stopped talking when Grandpa walked into the club. I had been waiting on him and who ever else we were meeting for the past half an hour. I guess everybody else was running on CP time. I stopped talking in front of Grandpa because I knew he'd hoe me being caught up on Asia. "Look Lindsey, I gotta go. I'll talk to you later."

I quickly hung up on Lindsey before she even got a chance to respond, and Grandpa took that as his opportunity to talk. "How long you been sitting here, boy?" he asked as he took the seat beside me at the table.

"Not long. Where are these people at?"

He shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know but they need to hurry they asses up." Grandpa was talking about going into business with these people he was talking to today. He didn't tell me who they were but for Grandpa to want to go into business with them, they have to be big time. "When they get in here, don't say nothing. Just let me do all the talking and I'll handle everything. If need be, then speak up but this is a conversation between me and Matt. We just need other ears present to solidify everything."

I scrunched up my face. "Matt? Ain't that Mya's father? How do you know him?" I asked. When I met Mya's parents the other day at the hospital, I didn't think they'd associate with the likes of us. They seemed to stuck up and clean cut, well her father did. Her Mama just seemed like she was boujee as hell.

"He's an old friend from a long time ago. Actually, both of her parents are. Her father used to run a cartel, quite similar to ours down here in Atlanta. Once he got old enough and his kids became of age, he passed the business down to his kids."

"So how does Mya fit into all of that? Because she didn't seem like the type to mingle in none of this shit."

"That's because she's not. She's one of those that likes to got he clean route and I can respect that but Matt ain't too fond of the shit she's been doing lately, that's why we're having this sit down. I don't know about you but I want to make some more money."

"Don't we have enough money coming in as it is? I mean, we got stocks, clubs and we pushing weight. We got enough as it is. It's no sense in being greedy. We don't even know these folks like that to be getting our shit mixed up with theirs. What if some shit pops off and they try to take our business? What the fuck we gon' do then?"

"It's not gonna happen because we're gonna be one unit. That shit is gonna be solidified by law."

I scrunched up my face. "Law?" I know Grandpa's old but I didn't think he was senile just yet. For as long as I can remember, he's never had the police or anybody legit in our cartel. "What the fuck are you talking about? You finally losing your shit Grandpa."

He kissed his teeth. "No I'm not," he said as he lifted his head up as Matt walked in followed by a guy and two girls. They kind of looked like him so they had to be related to him. "Look, here these late niggas come."

"It's so good to see you again King and Isaiah," Matt said as he gave the both of us dap. The other people didn't even bother speaking to us. They just sat across the table from us as if we weren't there. "Isaiah, these are my children who are running my business. My eldest and old son Marquis, his twin Precious, Imani and you know my baby girl, Goldie. Where's Prince at? Is he not coming?"

"He's handling business with Mya," I spoke up, causing Matt to furrow his eyebrows.

"What kind of business?"

"Well, he's getting her equipped to the game," I spoke up. I know Grandpa told me to keep my mouth shut but I just have a bad feeling about these people. Goldie's cool people but I wouldn't have OK'd Goldie spending the day with Theodore if I knew the type of family she came from. She's probably used to shit like this. "Showing her around the city where we transact business, the warehouse where keep our product and how everything works together. You know, showing her the ropes."

"Oh, Goldie knows what she's doing," Marquis replied. "But we came here to discuss the joining of our businesses, not what my little sister is doing, although I'm well aware she knows how to handle herself. How are we going to combine things?"

I had a gut feeling in the pit of my stomach that these weren't some people we shouldn't be getting involved with but Grandpa knows best and I'm only going along with it because he told me to. Other than that, I wouldn't even associate with these people. This Marquis nigga has been glaring at me since he walked in here and these two girls can't even speak. They've been glaring hard at me too. I would've said something to them about just starring but the two of them are cute so I guess I won't say shit.

I scrunched my face up as I starred at the two of them starring back at me. They were fine as hell and I see good looks run in the family. Their Mama ain't so bad looking either. I would've bagged her when we were at the hospital the other night but then her husband walked in the room and ruined my chance, but I still got a shot with his daughters. Which one though? Shit. They both cute. I could have them both at the same time.

I smirked at the two of them, causing them both to lighten up some. If I'm lucky, I'll fuck the both of them tonight.

"When you're done making googley eyes at my daughter," Matt butted in. "We can talk like men and women. Now, the only way King and I see fit to combine everything is for a marriage to happen and the only people together are my baby girl and Prince. They need to get married, which will then combine all of our assets by law, and have a baby to make it official. More than one baby preferably."

I scrunched up my face. I couldn't believe he was fine with using his daughter as a business plan. I knew these people were corrupt and fucked up the moment they walked in here. I'd never be able to use my daughter and basically sell her off to the highest bidder for business, and then to force her to have a baby is just awful. What kind of father is he?

"You sure Mya will go along with that?" I asked.

"Yes, she will," Matt replied. "My Goldie will do anything I tell her to do because she loves and respects her father's opinion. You all need to make sure that Prince kid is up for this."

Theodore is head over heels for Goldie. If he could marry her now and get her pregnant, he would. It's no issue for a guy to be in a situation like this but he's not Goldie and he doesn't have to be pregnant for nine months, especially when she's carrying a baby that wasn't created out of love. It's solely for business. All of the children they have will be solely for business purposes to keep the empires connected for eternities.

"Prince is ready," Grandpa replied. "Now, as far as the product being sold, more of your guys can be on our corners selling and more of our guys can be on your corners selling. There's no competition among any of us. We need to get another spot together where we can put all of the money we're making together immediately. As soon as we go into business together and get more weight from the connect, everything needs to go to the new location. The old locations can still be functioning as far as everything else except for moving weight. That's the business we're combining. How does that sound?"

Matt looked over at his kids, who looked satisfied with the idea. I still wasn't too sure about this but I just agreed because I trust Grandpa knows what he's doing and won't jeopardize the business. I still think we need to have our own shit going, including pushing weight, because we can rely on what these niggas will be doing. And I'm more than sure they'll be doing the exact same thing.

"It sounds good to me," Matt replied. "It's a deal."

We all shook on the plan, so there was no going back now. All that's left to do is we need to have a sit down and talk to Prince and Goldie about the plan and only hope they're on board with what we're doing. As soon as we shook on the plan, the bartender came out with drinks to our table. I couldn't drink over our new business deal though. Shit just didn't feel right.

"Um, where's the bathroom?" Precious asked.

I smirked. Here's my chance. "Oh, I can show you."

Grandpa slightly nudged me as I got up from my seat, and he knew exactly what I was about to do. I needed to make claims on one, if not both of them today. As soon as I stood up, Precious and Imani got up and let me take them back to the bathroom in Theodore's club. I turned around a little when I felt a light touch on my shoulder. It was Precious.

"I know you don't think you can just stare at us during the entire meeting and then not say shit."

I scrunched up my face. "I know two beautiful women when I see them, that's all. I didn't know I couldn't look."

"You can," Imani replied. "But don't stare."

"Why? The two of y'all were starring at me just as hard. If I didn't know any better, I'd say the two of y'all were undressing me y'all's minds. I'm not a fool."

"But you are dumb," Imani rolled her eyes.

"So, what do you want from us? Because the way you were starring, I'm surprised your little dick ain't hard," Precious smirked.

She and Imani tried walking away from me but I grabbed the two of their arms and snatched them back. "It's not small, nowhere near it. You can test it out if the two of y'all ain't scared, but I'm sure you're probably scared. Most women can't handle me."

Precious snatched her arm out of my grip and kept her eyes on my dick print in my gray sweatpants. "Thank you for showing us to the bathroom Isaiah."

I smiled. "Oh, it's no problem. Any time ladies, any time," I mumbled as I watched them walk into the bathroom. Damn. Their asses were so fat. Out of all of Matt's daughters, Goldie's got the prettiest face but the oldest two got the body and the attitude that I like. Just as the door was about to close, Imani propped it open with a smirk on her face. Precious was leaned up against the sink with her jeans unbuttoned.

"What are you just standing out here for? Come in."

Without any hesitation, I let Imani pull me into the bathroom and let her and Precious get to work on me. Shit. If Prince and Goldie can connect the families, then I sure will.
