"Frankie,Shooter!?" I yelled coming down the stairs from my room "Tony!? I called out but still got no response. "Frankie,Tony,Shooter!?" I yelled again but nothing.

I reached the last step walking into the kitchen seeing Savage walking in through the back door. She's been staying here these past few days helping me adjust to not having my brothers around.

It's been a whole week since my brothers left and I felt empty and lonely. I haven't even talked to Mir which was also driving me crazy. But I knew he was busy following his dream and would talk to me when he was free so I wasn't really tripping.

"Have you seen the guys?"I asked her grabbing a water out the fridge "And what you doing?"

"Tony and Frankie are out front. Shooter left out and I was sitting in the back enjoying the sun but I think Ima make me some to eat. You want some?" She asked opening the fridge looking at what we had

"I was gonna see if they could buy us some food but if you want to cook instead I ain't gonna stop you"I laughed putting my hands up

She looked at me and then around the kitchen closing the door looking back at me

"See if they'll order us some Texas Roadhouse" She smirked

"Ou that actually sounds good right about now"I smiled running out the kitchen through the living room and out the front door seeing Tony and Frankie leaning against one of their cars. Frankie was on his phone and Tony was lighting a blunt.



"What ya'll doing?" I asked causing them to look up at me

"You good La?"Frankie asked putting his phone away

"Yeah. I was just hungry"I shrugged smiling

Tony laughed taking a hit of the blunt inhaling the smoke. Watching him made my mind go back to the first time Mir and I smoked. It was my first and last time ever getting high. It was also the last day I seen Trey alive. Ever since then I never picked up a blunt ever again. I couldn't because I felt like If I ever got high again then all I would see is Trey's dead body.

"Nahla"Tony called out snapping me out my thoughts

"Huh?" I asked

"You good?" They asked looking at me concerned

"Yeah my bad. Day dreaming" I laughed it off hoping they wouldn't question me anymore

"You sure?" Frankie asked

"Yeah I'm sure"I sent him a smile

"What you tryna eat?" Tony asked

"I don't know"I shrugged "What can I get?" I asked them.

Even though I wanted Texas roadhouse I still had to see if they weren't going to give me a budget or some on how much I could spend.

Dre and Tez said they wouldn't be able to send me money until Friday so I wasn't trying to waste the money I already had.

"La you can get whatever you want. Just tell us what you want and we'll make it happen"Tony shrugged passing the blunt to Frankie

"So I can get Texas roadhouse?" I smiled making them laugh

"Yeah. Give her yo card"Frankie told Tony

"Motherfucker give her yo card"Tony mugged Frankie taking the blunt back

"Bro I'm broke"He pulled out his wallet opening it up turning it upside down shaking it "See? Not a penny insight "Frankie shook his head putting his wallet back in his pocket

"You know damn well that ain't yo wallet. That's the one you said you was gonna throw out cause you bought the red one yesterday"Tony continued to mug him as he pulled out his wallet handing me his card "Here order you and Savage whatever ya'll want and order us the same shit" He said taking another hit

"I forgot yo ass was with me yesterday"Frankie laughed "Ight I got you next time Nahla ight?"

"Ight bet"I laughed watching them taking another hit

"You want a hit?" Tony raised his eyebrow extending his hand with the blunt towards me "You been staring at it for a minute"

Without another word I took it from his hand putting it to my lips taking a hit inhaling as much smoke as I could hold. They stared at me for a minute before I began coughing letting all the smoke out as I started choking

"You good?" They laughed taking the blunt from me

"Yeah"I told them once I stopped coughing and regain my posture.

"Another?"Frankie asked

I nodded my head taking the blunt again this time inhaling more carefully. We rotated the blunt a few times and the more hits I took, the more I felt my body relaxing and letting my mind chill

"I know ya'll niggas ain't get my baby high"Savage walked out the house walking towards us

"Oh shit my bad"Frankie laughed "You wanna join?" He passed the blunt to her

"Give me this shit"She took the blunt taking a hit too.

"What if the neighbors call the cops?" I asked realizing we were in a majority white neighborhood

"Ain't nobody from this neighborhood calling shit"Tony said seeming confident

"What makes you so sure?"

"Cause this neighborhood one of our best buyers. Everyone around this bitch buys from us and the heavy shit. Why you think yo brothers moved here?" Frankie asked but I just shrugged."Besides we ain't scared to drop a few cops"

After another blunt I was way too high to function. I even forgot to order the food. Luckily they ordered it but before it even got here I walked up to my room and fell on to my bed. It was only seconds before I was gone for the night.

The next day.

"What you doing?" My OG asked walking into the room I was staying in at my granny crib.

We had landed in Chicago last night and instead of getting a hotel we just showed up to my granny crib. She was happy asf to see us.

"Just laying down about to get ready" I told her putting my phone down turning my head to door where she was standing

"We about to eat. You should come eat something before we go record the video"

"What ya'll cook?"I sat up

"Yo grandma got some pizzas from Italian Fiesta" She said coming in "You feeling okay?"

"Yeah just jetlagged. This different time zone shit getting to a nigga"I yawned stretching.

"Yeah I had a hard time waking up too"She laughed a bit "Have you talked to Nahla? She know you here yet?"

"Nah I haven't. I was thinking about going over after the shoot" I shrugged

"After? Don't you want her there?"

"I do but she's probably busy with her brothers so I'll just go over her house after and spend the night with her" I told her getting up from the bed

"If you think she'll be okay with that then"She shrugged walking out with me behind her

"She won't care as long as she sees me" I assured her

I honestly didn't see anything wrong with me not wanting to bother her. I would see her after so it's not like I'm ignoring her or anything. Ima surprise her.

I walked into the kitchen grabbing a paper plate before grabbing a few slices of pizza putting them on my plate.

"Are we going to be in your video?" Leia asked taking a bite of her pizza

"Hell yeah"I told her "You,Lani and T baby gonna be in that hoe"

"Ouu I know what ima wear"She took one more bite before running out the kitchen

I laughed at her excitement. It was cool seeing me being able to provide more for Leia and T baby. Knowing that they wasn't gonna have to struggle like Lani and I did was all the motivation I needed to take this shit serious.

After we were all done eating we got ready and hit the road making our way back to the block. All the guys were already there waiting for us. I was excited to film this video cause it was gonna be the video to one of my major songs.

"Damn whole gang outside"Lani smiled seeing all the guys posted outside waiting.

Niggas I ain't see in a minute cause they was booked and shit. It felt good to see them out.

We parked the car and I hopped out joining the gang

"Look who it is. Nigga a whole superstar now"My nigga Bmoney said dapping me up pulling me into a bro hug

"Nigga look at you fresh out and shit and can't even hit a nigga up"I shook my head as I greeted the rest of the guys

"Aye you invited Nahla out?" Wooski asked looking around

"Nah I haven't really talked to her. I was just gonna surprise her after the shoot"

"Since when yo ass don't include Nahla in everything you do?" Blast asked looking confused

"Since I don't think she would want to be out here. She probably out with her brothers anyways"I waved them off not trying to hear them lecture me and making me seem like a bad guy for not inviting Nahla out. She'll understand so I wasn't really tripping.

"So you haven't talked to her in how long?" Duckio asked raising his eyebrow

"Shit like a week maybe more" I shrugged my shoulders "Why?"

"We gonna let her tell you" Wooski shrugged walking away

"That's if she's even talking to him after today"24 laughed walking away with him

Nahla Reese

"Nahla" I heard someone call my name waking me up. Opening my eyes I seen it was Savage

"Yeah?" I asked trying to adjust my eyes.

"You good? Yo ass been out since yesterday "She laughed taking a seat on my bed "Yo brothers been calling me worried as fuck"

"It's the next day?" I quickly sat up looking for my phone. When I found it I seen it was dead. "Damn phone dead too"I shook my head plugging it up "I know Tez and Dre mad"

"Yeah they was spazzing out. Had to check them real quick. But call them and come eat some"She got up walking out.

Once my phone turned on I seen that it was 3pm the next day. I really slept all that time?How the fuck is that possible?

I waited a few for everything to load seeing I had hella missed calls and text from my brothers but none from Mir.

Sighing I dialed Tez number hearing him answer right away

"Lady bug you good?"

"Yeah sorry I was sleeping" I told him

"Yo ass was sleeping this long? You sure you good?" I heard Dre say in the background

"Yeah. I kinda got high yesterday and I passed out"I laughed

"High? Who the fuck yo ass smoking with? And why you smoking?" Tez asked

"With Frankie and Tony and cause I wanted to try it"

"Man" I heard Dre

"You guys good? Are ya'll almost done?" I asked and was met with a long silence "Hello?"

"Uh nah Lady bug. We don't know how much longer but the minute we done we out there"He told me

"Okay. I love you guys but I'm going to go shower" I told them hanging up

Something didn't feel right and I knew they were hiding something but didn't know what. Shaking the feeling off I got up from my bed so I could get everything ready for the shower.

I left my phone charging while I did everything I needed to do. Which included showering and eating some food and chilling with my Shooter, Frankie and Savage. By the time I was back in my room it was already going on 8. I laid back on my bed picking my phone up unlocking it.

I went onto IG seeing that the guys posted stories. I clicked on 24's story feeling my heart drop once I seen videos of Mir.



"You know what the fuck going on! Shooting my new video on that 1300 block. Fuck with me"Mir said into the camera before the story skipped over to more videos from the video shoot.





I couldn't believe this shit.Everyone was at the shoot and nobody told me nothing? They all knew Mir was coming into town and didn't say anything? And Mir? He hasn't talked to me in a week and whole time he's out here? I honestly didn't know how to feel. I was hurt because I thought he would've told me and invited me to be there for his first major music video with the company but I guess I wasn't even on his mind.

All these were from hours ago and still not a single text from Mir telling me he's here. I exited out of Instagram going to my contacts dialing Mir's number. It rang a few times before sending me to voicemail. I called him a few more times but still got no response. After the last three times it just went straight to voicemail not even ringing.

"Ugh"I yelled out in frustration going to our message thread texting him

This what we doing now?

You in town and can't even bother to tell me?

Haven't heard from you in a week but everyone else knew?
