Kaisen jumped out of his seat the moment the monitors started going crazy. Doctors and nurses who were standing outside also ran in.

"She's going into labor!" one doctor announced.

Meanwhile Sayori paced the white room. "Sana I'm panicking."

"As you should be. Make a decision." Sana blandly said, "It's not that hard."

"Yes it is. I'm choosing whether I want to die and leave my boyfriend down there to suffer or live and-" Sayori paused.

"And what?" Sana looked at her sister who's eyes were wide as if she reached realization.

The things Sana said earlier flowed through Sayori's head.

"Start your own family and give your future kids the life they need."

"Hello? Sayori?"

"Or live and have my baby. I can build my family and have experiences with my kids, things we never got to experience."

Meanwhile the doctors prepped the area to try and deliver the baby. Sayori's eyes were fluttering as she fought through the feeling. The voices in the room around her became more clear.

A faint fading voice was heard.

"I love you Sayori."

"See you lata' mommy."

That gave Sayori enough strength to fight and completely open her eyes. Half of her instantly regretted it, feeling the pain she was getting. Everyone was shocked at the fact she had woken up.

"Hi Sayori, welcome back, but you must push now your baby is coming."

"Kaisen. Kaisen." Sayori called out as Kaisen pushed through the doctors and took Sayori's hand.

"Hey baby."

"Kaisen, I saw her."

"Saw who?" he frantically asked.

"Sana. She told me to fight." Sayori whispered out.

Kaisen kissed the top of Sayori's head soaking in the moment.

"Baby, you have to push the baby is ready."

Sayori looked down to see the massive bump she had. She nodded and began pushing.

Kaisen kissed her forehead and whispered encouragement into her ear, guiding Sayori along.

Sayori felt almost a pop and a relief from the pressure she was feeling as a loud cry broke out.

"Oh what a beautiful baby girl, and she looks so healthy." the doctor cooed.

"Dad would you like to cut the cord?" Kaisen nodded cutting the cord and the baby was taken to be cleaned. Once she was wrapped in a blanket they handed her to Sayori.

Sayori felt herself getting emotional as she held the baby. The features all similar to Kaisen but her face was familiar. Sayori felt herself start to cry as she recognized her.

Kori.

"Baby you okay?" Kaisen asked

"Yes she's just so beautiful." Sayori sniffed.

"Do you have a name, cause I've been thinking about one."

"Yeah, but tell me what you were thinking."

"Kori Rose. I just like Kori, but then she could have Sana's middle name."

"It's perfect."

"What about yours?"

"It doesn't matter."

"You sure?"

"Yep our little Kori Rose."
